Disappointing experience My recent stay was far from satisfactory. The TV in my room wasn't functioning, and despite informing the staff 7-8 times, no action was taken. We requested morning tea at the reception and were assured it would arrive by 7 a.m., but it never came. Before leaving for darshan, we informed the staff to clean our room, yet when we returned, nothing had been done. It was extremely bad stay for us. Think before opting for this hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights. A family of 3 + 1 toddler. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Each of them were great. The location was very close to Sai Baba Temple, so it was perfect . Their restaurant was great and served tasty and reasonable food. Thank you, Saish.

Unhygienic, dirty, unresponsive. Had very bad experience starting from entering the room. Dirty, unclean room, Bathroom was dirty, TV, wifi not working. Complaint to the reception at least 11-12 times. There was no response. While going out requested them for room cleaning but as expected when we returned after 6 hours rooms were not cleaned. In morning requested for tea and reception told that it will be given at 7:00 clock but tea never came. There are multiple hotels in this vicinity. Go to some other hotel.

At Shirdi, very near to The Temple. Neat clean rooms . Room service is good

Overall good to stay at this hotel. Also staff behaviour is so polite and helpful.

Bad experience. And no one listens to complaints. Dirty rooms, wifi, tv does not work. Staff is just pathetic.

Dirty room, no one listens to your complaints. TV, wife does not work. Avoid those hotel.

There is no proper arrangement in the room. And the staff is not cooperative.Called but did not receive call
