Hotel Sai Rajaram Palace, Shirdi.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the service was unwelcoming and disorganized. The front desk staff seemed annoyed to even be there. The room was nothing like the pictures -- outdated, dirty, and had a weird smell that never went away. The "clean" towels had stains, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks. Noise was a huge issue too.Forget about getting any decent sleep. We also had issues with basic amenities. The WiFi barely worked, the air conditioning was broken, and housekeeping never showed up despite multiple requests. Overall, this hotel was a huge letdown and absolutely not worth the money. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Hotel is very nice..near to temple and hotelier provide temple drop and pickup service..staff is so polite and helpful..hotel outside look like nature..we are very happy to stayed here..near to restaurant..buses park in front of hotel no need auto for drop point..

Really bad experience, cockroaches roaming freely good place for them to have staycation. Even the staffs are not friendly, TV's are for display purpose. Dirty blankets.Even the room charges are double 1,200 per day (Non AC) but when inquired in local market we would find the Ac rooms for 600 per day. We had everything great in Shirdi but the hotel part disappointed the most.So my humble request to avoid such terrible place so that you take up the good memories

This hotel is running only because they are giving commission to buses. Else this is worst hotel I ever seen. They provide free drop at Prasad shop and you have to take Prasad from there only which is 80% costly than other shop. And they give things forcefully. Not good experience. Dirty washroom , dirty bedsheet , room was not cleaned , mirror was too too much dirty. Bs unhone loot macha rakhi hai. AGR bus walo k sath type up na Kara hota unhone to unka hotel chal bhi na pata. Commission par hi chal rh hai inka

The tv don't work and the cells of the remote are not there the bulb in the light is not there in the washroom the sink is not good but the warm water is good for bathing

Very bad experience, bedsheets were not clean, no facilities at all, even the washroom was not good. We have booked the hotel for 2nights and have paid the full amount ,due to emergency we need to leave the room next day. But still the hotel has not refunded the half amount and they have taken our Bank account details.It has been more than 10 days we are following up for the same.

Buses from nashik directly drop here , when we ask for sai mandir dharmshala buses conductor deny to go there and they drop directly these hotels after that you don't have option to get better option, initially hotels commit so many things but after payment and we need services they deny and said we didn't said that this and all. Never stay these type of hotels which are recommended by any buses or auto person. All have their commission and very rude behavior. Better to stay sai bhaktiniwas , dwarka niwas dharmshala they only charges 600 for 5 person AC rooms. These hotels charges 1000 rs for 8 hour which we had faced only 1 double bed in room..

The location is nice meaning you can get buses and autos from here. But the cleanliness in the hotel is very bad. There were hair on the beds. The washrooms weren't working properly. The only reason we went was because the bus driver stopped exactly in front of the hotel at 3 in the morning. If I had any other choice, I'd never choose this hotel. Absolutely not recommended.
