Hotel Sai Grand Castle Inn

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming,||The hotel maintains a good level of hygiene, which was truly impressive and added to the overall comfort of my stay. What really stood out, though, was the attentive staff. ||I am already looking forward to my next visit and will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends and family. See you again soon!

Amazing hotel reasonable well maintained and courteous staff. All good things part of the package. Not sure of the other feedback however my experience was great |Clean room, bedsheet and washrooms maintained fine. So overall a good deal to stay with them

Hotel cleaning is good.but price taken double rate by seeing us from outside And person with me was coming from 1 week padytra it was difficult take luggage and go here and there Before this also I have visit there but price was good but this week the way taken double amount Electric connection issue I have requested for ice cube 2 days but not provided Wifi connection not there taking rate high then the hotel near shirdi temple. Does not talk properly with us. Hot water timing is 4 to 11 but not provide that service on time also. Late I have check price on online was less in booking but I thought I have visited early also. Tho he will adjust but this time he has taken 2 days 6k Double price. My friends who had taken rooms in front of table had paid less then me Staff is so rude And reception too Beside that hotel is much better I have stayed next hotel also beside this hotel

Very Bad Service, Rooms are small, You have to wait for services, you have to carry water for your room, no staffs availability, buffet not on time. I never recommended this hotel at any cost. very bad experience.

Very disappointed , ill mannered behaviour the staff members and the receptionist doesn't have any civic sense how to deal with their customers . They have no respect to any age groups and doesn't know how to behave with a women, shame on this hotel being in a religious place and unknown state they have no concern about the tourist, lacks facilities and generosity !!

The hotel is near to the temple. They have various room category for couple and family.. I went in last week with maa family they given us 5 bed room which is interconnecting bed room. Which was so neat and clean.. Morning breakfast was superb by taste and variety too.. Tx u team

On 06-12-24 we checked in in the evening. In this hotel, suddenly our daughter's health got spoiled in the night and she was crying till late night. The entire hotel staff was awake with us and the manager also sent his staff with us to take us to the hospital. The hotel staff was very helpful and helped a lot throughout the night, so thank you very much to all.

Everything is very good at this place..Very well behaved staff an overall nice place to stay..very safe and near to the Sai Baba temple.
