The worst maintenance; the rooms, including the bed sheets have not been cleaned.Very messy...And most of the time, the lift won't operate. .

Third class hotel. The receptionist is an absolutely rubbish person. doesn't know how to behave. Rooms are spacious but untidy. Washroom are in bad shape. I just preferred this room because of the location and there is seriously no other reason to choose this . I wound not recommend this hotel to anyone. Once again absolute rubbish behaviour of staff.

Location should be the top most priority while booking this hotel because it is situated on the main road and the main temple's gate no. 2 and 3 are just few meters away from their place. We had 3 double beds in our room. Linen wasn't clean and the pillows were cotton stuffed instead of foam ones. No toiletries were provided. Bathroom had a dirty bucket and mug and you have no other option to use them as their is no shower. Staff was polite and cooperative. Just an increase in their cleanliness and hygiene standard, will make this hotel, a worthy stay for its guests. Hotel is equipped with small capacity lift for the convience of its guests.

Bathrooms are in a bad condition. It's amazing only in the pictures shown. Sharing wifi password was too difficult for one of the staff from the reception. One of the waiters was too lousy to give us water when I along with my family were having our lunch and more amazing fact was that when we complaint about him the owner said nothing and was sitting idle. The rude reception guy taunted us about the complaints of the food and the waiter as we had a bill of rupees 700 or 750. He stated - You had this amount of bill that's the only problem for you that's why you are showing tantrums.

Located next to Neeta Volvo travels.Axis ATM next door... We paid 800 for Ac double room , attached european bathroom , on weekday on non festival day.... excellent value for money! Hotel has price list printed outside so everybody pays the same!. Best of all less then 5 min walk to Gate 3 Samadhi Mandhir , highly recommend it . AC a bit small and lacking in power but with fan ok when we went in end of April when it was very hot. Rooms not luxurious , basic but fairly clean and safe. You will need to take your own toiletries; Friendly staff . Breakfast not included but restaurant downstairs good value, and nan bread (approx 25 rupees) , so good that once was happy just eating it on its own! Tea 15 rupees... Punjabi Tali 70 rupees... service can be a little slow when more then two tables are occupied!||Room, which was good size , also had old fashion TV , which we very rarely used. Only downside is the lift, some how they never remember to close the doors so you may need to walk up the stairs to the room as we did often!

The Resort -MTDC hotel @ Shirdi....even the suite is observed not properly maintained, washroom & linens provided were not worthy, room is having fridge, TV etc., low budget hotel. Conveniently placed near Entrance of Mandir. The Neem restaurant serves moderately gud food at reasonable prices.

Rooms were big, but the bathrooms were bad. Very slippery tiles and broken seat covers. Service was also not up to the mark. But staff was very nice and food at the restaurant was nice. Parking is difficult for big cars. The best part about the hotel was hot water available from 4am to 10am and it is very close to Sai Baba temple, around 300 meters from gate number 2 and 3.

hotel is very close to temple. area of hotel is large. rooms are also very large. but the structure of room is very old.not as much cleanness is there. tv are so old.bathroom as no so good.smelled room. main positive thing of hotel is close to temple and cool staff... for one night stay it's ok....
