Hotel City Heart

Visited this place with family .Staff was found polite and humble.AC and hot water service was very good. Rooms and toilets were found satisfactory regarding space and cleanliness. This property also has a swimming pool though small but in clean condition. However some basic amenities were found absent like dental kit,cotton(or normal) bathroom sleepers .Even on request staff was not able to provide these. But staff hospitality supercedes the shortcomings as they welcome their guest on arrival and also greet at check out time so as to make feel their guest special. But on other hand management should take care of property and make sure it is in presentable condition always ,as on some places on alleyway walls plaster was damaged.Also While using lift one can see damaged structures.

The one thing that works out really well for this hotel is the location from the main temple . The overall service experience is not great. Starting with, they mention golf and pool table although its not in working condition. The swimming pool stairs are broken and can be injurous for people to get out of the pool. There's no wifi. The flush in the washroom works partially. The telephone like in both our rooms were broken initially and had to be asked to be fixed. The restaurant isn't inhouse which is fine but the staff behaviour is pretty rude, they almost enter the room while we order in from the room. The mats outside washroom were missing. Restaurant food is not recommended. They do not even respond well while booking or while being called to keep room ready for stay. The property looks okay but hasn't been maintained and the overall hospitality can be much better

Hotel City Heart Shirdi is located around 500 meters away from Main Sai Baba temple in Shirdi and is next to main bus Depot. Rooms are decent in size and clean. They offer rooms of various configurations like double bed, double bed+single bed, family room with two double beds. Hotel has restaurant which serves excellent vegetarian food. It has decent size swimming pool in the terrace. Pool table shown in the images is not usable and in bad condition. All essential things like medical shop, restuarants, local market are just 1 min away.

Nice and Clean place , walking distance near Sai mandir. Good food specially tea, helpful and polite staff. We are regular guests they always gives us a warm welcome from the hotel staff. Thank You for the your hospitality and wonderful experience.

HOTEL IS GOOD. STAFFVERY SUPPORTIVE. NEATNESS IS NOT IPTO THE MARK. OVERALL I RATE 4/5. NICE AMBIENCE. SWIMMING POOL THERE ON TOP FLOOR. CHILDREN CAN ENJOY. TRAVEL DESK IS THERE FOR ANY SIGHTSEEINF. GOOD HOTEL FOR STAY IN SHIRDI. VERY NEAR TO TEMPLE.

Don't go by the looks you might end up losing a few bucks and a peaceful sleep. Rooms are not upto the mark and they lack basic facilities like hospitality service. They don't even have the 'H' of hospitality in them. So for my family it was like don't judge a book by its cover but rather tear that book. My suggestion would be avoid you have better hotels with great service and food in nearby vicinity at the same price.

Had a wonderful stay here. Rooms have a good decor, Hot water shower is awesome. location near to temple. Food is good. Staff is polite and Cooperative. Thanks to Kamil for his good service. Swimming pool is plus point
