Hotel Bhakti Park Shirdi

The room I stayed in was filthy, with stained carpets and dirty linens. It was evident that the housekeeping staff had not properly cleaned before my arrival . No hot water , no ac , no tv waste of money

I stayed here for two days. Room was spacious. But service quality was very bad. No intercom facilty in room, we have to call for room service many times so they will come. No proper Room sevice (No sweeping, bed change, etc), in my room toilet flush was not working complaint 3 to 4 times after visiting at reception then it got resolved. I was having my small baby with me I was asked for a glass of hot milk but they were not able to provide. In morning Hot water was not there in Tap so all customer was out of room and started shouting still that issue was not solved as the were having solar not geyser. Response from Hotel person was also not good. As I was there in peak season Room rates was 3 times more. I received very bad experience in this hotel.On 3rd day I changed hotel.

Very poor service. They'll purposely wake you up at 6 in the morning by ringing the door bell and saying fooling things like 'chai chahiye?' or 'garam pani aa gaya hai' or 'jaadu hai kya?' Beds are of very bad quality, there is no cleanliness. No matter how many people stay, they only provide 1 towel per room and that too after you request them for at least a 100 times. They'll turn off the AC main switch every couple hours and since there is no Room service number, you have to go down and ask them to turn it back on. No kitchen, no water, no hot water, no cleanliness, nobody to listen. Better to sleep on footpath rather than checking in here.

Dear people, i stayed in this hotel on 27th July 18. This is worest hotel i have seen in my life, worest service, while booking they will spoke to u very friendly, after that problem will start, no bed light, no tube light, no hot water, and final no water, If you ask them they will tell in ten minutes problem will be solved. But no one comes, and dont trust them when you lock your room and go out side in front of me only they opened my room, This was my promt message, please use shirdi sanstan rooms they are very much better and even more safe, and if you want some posh rooms please go for other hotel's,

A hotel with double bed, triple bed, fourbed, five bed and six bed facility... Economical and reliable, ample parking

Service is very poor. Worst reception staff. Even not eligible for one star also. Even after taking money they did not give any receipt. Do not go to this hotel.

Good staff, 10-+5min walking from sai temple, room is clean but not properly maintained. Location on the main road. Having restaurant. Budget hitel. Overall moderate.

Good place 1 km from temple but good choice and nominal rate if we dnt get room in trust place
