Disgusting Experience - Avoid at All Costs! Rating: 1/5 stars You MUST Check toilets bathroom and bedsheets before check in.. .why? Read my detailed review below I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay far, far away from this hotel! My experience was an absolute nightmare... Filthy Conditions The room was in a deplorable state. Torn bed covers and bedsheets, stained carpets, and a thick layer of dust everywhere. But that was just the beginning. The room reeked of stale smoke, sweat, and something eerily unpleasant. Unacceptable Hygiene To my horror, I discovered multiple spit stains on the floor and furniture. It was clear that the room hadn't been properly cleaned or disinfected in a long time. Dirty Washrooms The washrooms were equally disgusting. The toilets were clogged, the sinks were stained, and the showers had mold and mildew growing in the corners. It was like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Smoking Rooms? Some rooms, including mine, were filled with the strong smell of cigarettes. It was overwhelming and made my stay even more unbearable. Extremely Poor Management The property is extremely mismanaged. The staff seems to have no regard for customer satisfaction or basic human decency. Rude Staff The staff was incredibly rude and uncooperative. When we tried to report the issues, they denied any problems and refused to provide adequate service. It was clear that they didn't care about our experience. Abysmal Service The service was non-existent. Our requests for fresh linens, cleaning, and a room change were ignored. The staff seemed more interested in arguing with us than resolving our issues. Unforgettable (for all the wrong reasons) This hotel's blatant disregard for cleanliness, hygiene, customer satisfaction, and basic human decency is shocking. Unless they undergo a complete overhaul, including staff training and property renovation, I would strongly advise against staying here.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. The service was shockingly poor, with staff displaying rude and unprofessional behavior throughout my stay. Any basic requests were met with hostility, making the atmosphere incredibly uncomfortable. The cleanliness was appalling. The rooms were unhygienic, with dirty linens and unkempt facilities. It was evident that proper sanitation protocols were not being followed, which is unacceptable for any hospitality establishment. To make matters worse, the management showed no interest in addressing complaints or ensuring guest satisfaction. It felt like they simply didn't care about their guests or their reputation. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. Giving 1 star as there is no lowest option.

The best experience you can get at a new place. The owner was very accomodating to our needs, felt like home. The cleanliness and hygeine is upto the mark. Highly recomend it.

All rooms are always good and very clean meet here nd very good for everyone to stay here nd very easy to find this place so I love its place

Worst, rooms are unclean and unhygienic, rude and stubborn staff with no knowledge of how to treat guests. The day care people were looking at ladies in a very bad manner very unsafe for women.Overcharged me for a room even though his entire hotel was empty and when told to clean rooms and change bedsheet and pillow covers the cleaning guy showed a lot of attitude and said it is what it is, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE. SUCH STUPID STAFF AND BAD HOTELS SHOULD NOT BE GIVEN PERMISSION TO RUN LODGES IN THE FIRST PLACE. DO NOT GO HERE EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO STAY OUTSIDE ALL NIGHT.

Rooms were in very bad condition.We booked a Ac room as it was a adhoc call that we made they charged us a lot. The bedsheets were rusty and not clean. Request to the hotel owner if they are not maintaining the hygine of the place please try to atleast charge less and try on to take advantage of the customers situation. Bad experience

Very beautiful hotel Very nice Roome

The rooms are so bad, they literally lack basic cleanliness and hygiene. The hotel management is extremely irresponsible. They dont recognize Booking.com in their systems. They are very rude. I had booked a kind delux suite for3adults. Its their fault if they don't recognize the website tieups and they gave us s room which had no AC working, there was puke in the bathroom and bunch of hair on the floor. Extremely dusty and smelly room was given for King Delux Suite. Overall the experience was pathetic. It was so bad that we didn't even have an option to go elsewhere because we paid 7k for two days in a so called King Delux Suite. Fraud management. Fraud owner.
