Hotel Golden palace shegaon

I stayed on 2nd & 3rd March 2025 Suggestions/not good following things: 1) Don't even provide water bottle. Room charge Rs.2600 p.day 2) No wi-fi facility in the hotel 3) No towels are provided. 4) No Soap provided. Soap will be given only if the guest asks otherwise, the staff keeps mum (chup) 5) TV in the room is only a show piece. It does not show any channels. The guest has to remind multiple times to switch on TV programing. Good ambience, rooms are clean, Ac working is excellent. hot water in the morning. They arrange for home made food-snacks, lunch and dinner. they don't take charges for this room service. Staff is polite.

Bakwas service , staff is also very rude in behavior. and its very costly. there is no hygiene. very bad experience was there. So expensive . and not having any facility.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. There was no proper electricity, and it seemed like they purposely disconnected the AC to save money. We had no power throughout the entire night, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the staff's behavior was extremely rude. It took them 3-4 hours to respond or take any action regarding our complaints. This level of service is unacceptable and made our stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Overall, this hotel failed to meet basic standards of service and amenities. I would not recommend staying here.

This hotel is far from ideal. While it is conveniently located near the temple, the service was terrible. We requested an extra mattress, but it was provided only after we had already fallen asleep. There was no water in the bathroom, and the bedsheets were dirty with stains. When we asked for clean sheets, we were told there were none available, so we had to use the stained ones. Initially, we were informed that the checkout time was 12 pm, but in the morning, they insisted we check out by 8:30 am. The service was extremely poor, and the staff interactions were unpleasant. They seem to be solely focused on getting paid; once the payment is made, service drops significantly. Even a simple tea order took 30 minutes to arrive.

Staff and cleans rooms parking is very well under cctv absarvation

So expensive and not worth it also they did not even provided water bottle in rent they took charges of it despite taking us from more mpney. Rooms also average. Bedsheets and Blanket was smelling so bad seems unhygienic.

This hotel in not good because there is no proper electricity, staff is very rude they don't have the way how they want to talk with coustomer. Rooms are very small thier is no proper fitting of door. Beds are very small... Overall my experience is very bad.. Thank u...
