Aayush Resort

We visited this in 2nd week of April 2025 with our extended family, Campus is road touch, huge and well maintained. They do have a facility for exotic birds & palace inspired Hall. Food quality and options are also good. Swimming Pools neat and clean. Best part is Staff - polite & co-operative. Frankly, I would like to to visit again for any such family event.

We booked this for family room thinking we will get swimming and sports activities as we were with 2 kids of 12 years age. I called them in advance and ask if all amenities working and they said yes. They took advance as well. When we reached at venue, we are told that there is management change and renovation happening. No swimming pools and no playing area. We were literally stuck in room for 3 days as they kept telling us that the swimming pool will be ready. When I told them that they should have informed earlier, there is no response from them. This is entirely bad reputation at their end.

I checked in on the 10th may 2025. I was quite excited to stay at the property but it turned out extremely disappointing. While booking the resort no details were provided by the sales team, had made the reservation through what's app.i would have not booked the resort for my family. We booked 2 rooms & did a late check in at 6pm. 4 adults + 1 child ( 2yr old ) 1) The resort has no lifts which was not informed during reservation. 2) With a 2 yr old child they gave us the rooms on the 2nd floor, which was eventually shifted to 1st floor. 3) The 1st floor rooms - AC was not working / broken. Eventually shifted to another room. E18 & E19. 4) The new room E20 - tv did not work, no hot water service for bathing , no wifi , no in room dining facilities, no dental kit. After calling literally 10 times they don't answer the calls. My 2yr old child had to take shower in cold water. Since we were coming back from Imagica - Khopoli. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this property. Bad Service Bad network. I am using jio where i am unable to receive or connect calls constantly.

Most of the rides have been rusted & non operational but some of the rides are still enjoyable for small children. Swimming Pools need maintenance & lot of care, which did not seem to be the case. Rooms are not the cleanest. There is a DJ provided at night to shake a leg, if need be. Staff is polite & co-operative but that's about it- a lot can be done in the area available to keep it up to date & a lot is desired. Frankly, I would not be tempted to visit again.

The entire place was under renovation. From entrance to lobby to pool to garden to rooms everywhere there was repairing work ongoing. The resort was not ready to host guests at this point. Our neighbors kept the used plates after lunch outside their room. But there was no one to pick up even after 24 hours. Food is abysmal. Imagine paying 1000 rs and no starters. Dinner was bad. Overall co.plete waste of money in the current circumstances...

I personally like the place...... Family friendly, kids friendly...... We enjoyed the whole day ....... Bird park -wide range of birds are there. Ostrich, turkey, parrot etc. they are offering breakfast, lunch and hight tea ALL VEG. Swimming pool is there .. that to a big one. All over it's a very beautiful place and we all have a good time.

It's an excellent and beautiful place among and very closed to nature. Amazing artistic walking path, swimming pool, Colourful Garden, birds, wounderful and antique stetues, delicious tasty and mouth watering meals.It has also clean, hygiene and well maintained rooms. All staff are very polite, care taking and serve with smiling face. Over all, it would be unforgettable memories for life long. It is very close from Mumbai just 1 hrs drive from Mumbai.

Enthusiastic Recommendation We celebrated New Year's Eve at Aayush Resort, and it was an incredible experience! The property is stunning, with expansive lawns, beautifully lit palace-style venues, and a rustic-themed dhaba that added a unique charm to the event. The 31st Night event was well-organized, with fantastic music, delicious food, and an electrifying countdown to 2025. The staff was friendly and ensured everything ran smoothly. It's the perfect place for celebrations, and I can't wait to come back for another event!
