Royal Resort NH3

I recently visited royal resort that I found to be a good option for a getaway with family and friends. The villas and bungalows available for accommodation were quite nice and provided a comfortable stay experience. However, one aspect that fell short was the limited variety of food items available. The menu lacked diversity, with only a few options to choose from. Despite this, the overall ambiance and amenities made it a pleasant stay, but I would recommend they expand their food offerings to cater to a wider range of tastes and preferences.

Pros: Nice place, Pocket Friendly, good indoor activities, Nice food in lunch Dinner & Breakfast, Big swimming pool, co operative staff. Cons: Roads in bad shape from Thane to reach destination, Single swimming pool with lots of chlorine, The rain dance shower is too much pressurized. The cricket turf hurts feet and is full of small stones.

Decent place view was good staff was good food not that great , parking, swming pool , music, good Network not available most of the time And hotel wifi not working properly

The overall experience was superb, pool was big , and the rooms were neat and clean. The villa we received were an issue in the upper floor door which was not getting closed The rest was good. The food was tasty. Indoor games are available which is well maintained.

Pros 1. Nice, elegant and quiet place, good for weekend outings. 2. Best suited for outings with friends. 3. Ample Space, Greenary Cons 1. Please be cautious while diving into swimming pool, the amount of chlorine is too much, and can irritate your eyes. 2. Food is not prepared in ample quantity, had to wait for so long just to have chapatis 3. Playing time is only upto 11 pm which could have been extended 4. No fridge inside villas, where do you expect to keep our cold drinks ?

We had a very bad experience and pathetic services. Hotel management is not at all cooperative and rude. We have visited 2 tiwce in this resort but had same bad experience. Managers are not at all cooperative. Totally waste of money and time. Food is average. Rooms are unhygienic and need to improve room service. If you are looking for more than 12 people's than look for other options.

The resort is good for outing with boys or girls or friends. However it is not good for family outing not much of activities available here. There indoor games section where carrom, table tennis and pool table with few balls missing is available but not that much maintained though. Food is not like a complete spread like you get in resorts. Its more like you take a room and how many people you have u let them know. they will cook food accordingly there is no specific menu as such.

Perfect destination for a weekend getaway. The stay was amazing. The staff was very kind and good at what they do. Especially Raj and his team who made sure that everything was taken care off. They are the best when it comes hospitality. Even the food quality and taste was really good. Kudos to the chef at the restaurant for prepping quality and homely food. Kudos to Raj for ensuring we had the best and Comfortable stay!
