Hotel Vedanta

It is a decent hotel. Not the best. Good for its price. Rooms were a little dusty but we were prepared for it since the price. Hospitality is also good. Sagar, the in-charge, is very accommodating. They have bon fire too. They also have a restaurant in front of the hotel which serves tasty food veg, non veg both.

Not sure about the stay arrangements of this place, but food definitely is not good. You might rather want to visit a different place for food and have lunch or dinner there. Our food was literally stale, we paid 650 bucks for 1 full chicken fried plate and the whole chicken was stale. Other items were also not so good, staff doesn't know what actually they have to do in a restaurant. One can try and go to taste if he wish to...

Great experience here. Great place to stay... Newly built and nice rooms though kitchen service isn't available here but still they provide you food service by ordering from out side.

Stayed at this place for 2 days...It was pleasure staying at this place..The staff was quite helpful..The rooms were spacious and comfortable as per our requirements..The food was awesome and superbly tasteful..Highly recommend this place if you plan to stay in chikhaldara..They also provide animal safari along with local sightseeing..

The staff is very nice and helpfull. If you have a question, they are willing to help you any time. Room is big and clean. The bed wasn't clean when we came, but after a comment of us they changed it right away.

Stay was great. The staff was really co-operative. Great location of the hotel with amazing landscapes around. Lush green fields. Small lake. Beautiful view of the sunset.

Best service in chikhaldara. Staff was well behaved. Owner vedant sir personally provided attention, very down to earth person, impressive. They also provide you home stay in case if no room is not available. I strongly recommend hotel Vedanta if you ever visit chikhaldara. They also make your tour very adventurous by providing Jungle tour/Safari in jeepsy, elephant ride and delicious melghat's special food.

On OYO's app i found this hotel and i booked 2 room for 1 night and i also pay Online. When i reached at hotel they said, we cant give you room on this price (1438 for 2 room). We want 1500 for 1 room. Then i call oyo but oyo failed to resolve it and oyo said they transfer by booking to other Oyo. But other oyo (hotel stardom) also reject the oyo's booking, at that critical condition i remain only one option to cancel my booking and check in at hotel manually. But the owner of hotel vedant was very kind and helpful they arrange 2 room for my family at affordable price and dinner also. The room was big and comfortable, staff was very helpful. ... so moral is dont believe fully on OYO... and at chikhaldara oyo bookings didn't work. So 1 star for oyo n 5 star for hotel..
