Hotel Saish International

I had made bookings for few rooms for a family function.. The whole staff was extremely helpful & cooperative, rooms were also clean.. Special thanks to Mr. Satelkar who made our stay as good as home.. The owner made sure to make each of the guest are comfortable and even freely communicated with them for any feedbacks/complaints..

I agree the hotel is centrally located , cleanliness , linen all good , bathroom clean , BUT ACTUAL PROBLEM STARTS , I m sorry but I would like the owner to c into this matter , at the reception the girl very arrogant , she was on her mobile , we being senior citizens, she dumped us , when we gave her our adjust copy she refused to scan , she thought we r illiterate get xerox or originals, we said we need to go to USA , since we r digital , I expected same but lethargy , than the steward helped us he told her do this way she knew it but , no idea . Than steward Mr Ankush guided us upto the room . WiFi only Libby not in rooms so a request people who go digital should really think ten times , TV WORST JUST BIGGER THAN I PAD , Ac temp I got till 17 degree no cooling they said wait till sunsets and keep on 22 degrees , I m lost with this situation . No good caterers . Think please , this is my agony

I am almost using saish for past 2 years for my stay . As it has a comfortable location, friendly accommodating owner and attentive staff. Cleanliness lags a bit as there are hidden cobwebs which can be easily identifiable.. the rooms look clean at first glance are comfortable but i suggest they should look into area of cleanliness. But the owner Mr Kulkarni is excellent par choice always has open years for suggestions and even amends them. The hotel has lots of scope for improvement with its standing in area of hospitality in sawantwadi.

The rooms are good but if you want what you want, the staff does not come on time, the food in the restaurant below is good but the rate on the menu card is different and the rate is increased in the bill...

Only Location is good. Rest is pathetic. The rooms ,linen were unclean. Hot water is available only till 5.00pm(they have solar) -meaning if someone reaches beyond 5.00pm or night either wait to bathe till next mrng or bath with cold water. No hot kettle neither complimentary bottled water provided. Cockroaches in the bathroom & no door lock there in the bathroom door. Their restaurant opens at around 6.00pm, if you feel like having tea before settle on none or you need to go outside. The TV is like medium size sweet box. Not worth staying there

I had very bad experience without staying in the hotel. I had booked AC room for one day and paid advance of Rs.1000/- one day prior to check-in (booking was done in a hurry so couldn't gather all information about hotel). Unfortunately, due to medical emergency I had to cancel my plan and I called Hotel person (Shridhar)and informed him that I cannot come due to medical emergency hence requested to cancel my booking. He said he will check with his sir and let me know. Since then, I have been trying to reach out him and hotel management just to know what can be done next but Shridhar or no one is picking up my call. I understand that cancellation was from my side, but I just want to complete conversation and wanted to know management's opinion/view about cancellation but unfortunately nobody is responding to my calls. So, I request if anyone plan to go in this hotel pls confirm about cancellation policy and other stuffs.

Very bad service and no manners to behave customers. TV and intercom r not working and they didnt repair their instruments. No hot water is serving properly. Some locals desturbing at night in hotel. Overall hotel not good.

Worst experience.only plus point is the location.linen wer unclean.no hot water post 5.00/6.00pm.so if u chk in post that bathe wid cold water or wait till next day.cockroaches in the bathroom.the bathroom lock was broken.TV size is just bigger than TAB.no hot water kettle. Tea is served post 6.00pm.u ask for nything- u will get an excuse
