Teak Resort

The resort's ambience and environment is good, and the rooms were nice and spacious as per the package price. However, the overall service was quite average--there was only one person managing everything from maintenance to food service and all other things, which clearly impacted the experience. The food quality was especially disappointing and definitely needs improvement. Additionally, items from the a la carte menu were unavailable due to the absence of a chef, which was a major letdown.

We had an amazing stay at Teak resort, where the service was truly exceptional. The staff was attentive and the food was good, with a wide variety of veg/non-veg dishes, including desserts. The resort's facilities were top-notch, I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a perfect blend of excellent service and relaxing peaceful weekend. I would like to thanks Mr. Ram, the exceptional staff member who manages the entire resort. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every guest receives the best service possible.

I visited the resort on weekend with my friends and booked room with outdoor jacuzzi. However the experience with the resort was not up to the mark. The room was not spacious for three people as promised we had to call thrice to have extra blankets and pillow, jacuzzi area wasn't clean and maintained including the jacuzzi itself. The food included in the package was good however the one which we order was just okay. Also the starters and all were served without any dips for which we have to remind multiple times. Swimming pool is really at best and big enough however it was not clean and we requested them to clean it which almost took one hour for them to start with it. The water was highly chlorinated that our clothes were bleached and some of us even had skin rashes. There was kid swimming pool as well and we noticed another family with a kid was waiting for resort staff help out with the it unfortunately staff couldn't fulfill the request. The most traumatizing part is seeing a frog on the tap in our bathroom while one of us was having bath. We had requested staff to help us in the situation and they literally kept us waiting there for more than one hour and just pushing the task on one and other collogue. We are thankful it was just frog at that point and not any other dangerous animal looking at the casual attitude of the staff. I would like to highlight that the experience we had is not something about the main reception or something as they were proactively assuring the assistance and calling the right people to help us out but the issue lies with the staff who don't own the responsibilities and kept on procrastinating the tasks. example we were having lunch on a table where there was no water and we requested like three times to staff to help us with it and they just simply stood there without even acknowledging it. I would really suggest the team to have look into such things since the property is amazing with lots of potential and we would really like to visit more often and recommend it to friends but only when the hospitality part is taken care of then only. Teak resort is best we visited go birthday celebration loved it very nicely done all decoration it was very special very nicely done as we wanted it was decorated very great staff n great support as it was our 3rd trip with teak resort we enjoyed alot every time and had fun good thing is every time we visited we get to see new things new upgrade in property very nicely clean maintenance done. I hope teak resort is planning more things to upgrade in property. This time we visited for a birthday celebration n best thing is we enjoyed alot and celebration was great and resort staff also supported they did decoration best like 10/10 for decoration. And as we checked in they get to know about birthday celebration they upfrontly called me and asked sir did u needed cake we will arrange it and also for making birthday more special we took firecracker and while burning firecracker also staff was standing with us. As we wanted staff supported in everything. I will 100% recommend must visit teak resort for chilling, any corporate event or celebration it is best and property is also best in everything all meals were best awesome and any problem for guests in property or problem in facilities they will try there best n solve guests problem also 24 hours there will be staff on reception to assist you and look that there is no problem to guest. I had an extremely worst & disappointing experience and would not recommend this place. The food is testless not providing other substitute option (paid substitutes available only but they also testless & worst) . The resort Manager is very rude not cooperative at all ( his name Ram or what don't no ) very disappointing conversation we had with him. If u want ruined your money, time & movments then u go for this resort.

The place is good, but the resort's service is disappointing. I ordered food, and it took them 1 hour to serve it. About the room - it's luxurious with a jacuzzi, but the hot water flow is very slow compared to normal water. It takes around 4 hours to fill the jacuzzi with hot water. The resort's service is the worst. I called twice for room cleaning, but no one came. I also ordered food, and it took over an hour to arrive. The location, however, is beautiful. There are many mango trees, and you can even pick some as they hang low. I paid 6,000 for the jacuzzi room, but it's not worth the price they charge. You can visit the place, but be prepared for poor service.
