The hotel is decent for one night stay. Shinde kaka the caretaker's hospitality is commendable. He ensured that we are comfortable in the room and also we had to leave early so he also arranged early breakfast and tea for us..It was a comfortable stay

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the level of customer service I received during my recent stay at Sai Samarat Resort. As a frequent traveler, I understand that not every hotel experience can be perfect, but the issues I encountered during my family stay were unacceptable. Overall unprofessional management.

I visited for office work it's near to industrial area which made me easy to visit the my working site. Sai Samrat Resort has best amazing neat and well maintained rooms providing good environment for corporate like us and also for family. Highly Recommend must visit. good service excellent management good food.

The resort in located in Satara city and Shinde mama who was taking care of the resort has done an excellent job in giving all the services. In terms of food providing breakfast, room service . Everyone should visit this place and have an good experience over here.

The rooms are good, Manager Shinde takes care of all your requirements. The food of the hotel is also excellent.

Very nice hotel with adequate facilities for pilgrim travellers like ours. Cleanliness is fairly good. Shinde Mama took care of our requirements very well.

Good hotel to stay, but beware of receptionist talks more, frustrates more to give any essentials require in the room. Overall Rooms are 4/5 & Staff Service 1/5.
