OYO Flagship 37830 Hotel Aakar International

One of the Central Location near to Satara S.T. Stand and Powai Naka,

Room tarrif is on higher side but service is poor. Lift not working properly , Room service staff is poor manner & I think working as daily wages , Hot water service not available , Hotel in heart of the city but not maintained properly ...

Unhygenic and poor quality of room and service too

I had made booking through Oyo and when i went there reception guy were not allowing us saying that they dun accpect booking from oyo then y they are still listed on their site i had huge argument with the reception guy he was telling me to call Oyo customer care and tell them to give refund in such case he should call and talk to them and he is not even giving me his owner number . As there is no return policy i didn't get refund . Rooms are also bad condition in this hotel . Not recommended at all . Bad service outside still Oyo board is there .

I stayed in this Hotel on 2nd week of Sept for 2 days. ||||1. They do not have proper track of the bookings ||2. Rooms were not that clean||3. Bath rooms were decent .. but was not maintained ||4. They provided Hot water ||5. They do not have Car parking||6. They do not have canteen or any food facilities. They only provide break fast in morning. ||7. Bed sheets were not that clean. ||8. We all could not sleep due to noise on the road. ||||Book this Hotel only if you do not get any decent Hotel. This is Kam chalu hotel .. in their over all attitiue..

Came here to run the satara half marathon and needed a room for the night before the morning run and found Aakar barely 500 meters from the police parade grounds where the run begins from. A non airconditioned clean bedroom that is very economical (Rs 1350 inclusive of taxes) and a very basic bathroom to shower after the run. No restaurant in the hotel. The hotel's owner couple, who also man the reception, are very friendly and helpful. A very old property that is fairly maintained.

This hotel is located in the heart of city. But it is poorly managed. They do not provide you hot water in the evening. Electric supply of room failed in the night and they shifted me to another room at 11.30 o' clock in the midnight. OYO should delist this hotel from their app.

Very ugly, management is rude.. not safe.. no hot water.. lot of bed bugs.. wash rooms are too worst.. but they charge u very high... no acceptance of oyo booking.. i won't recommend this at all...
