OYO 28581 Hotel Sitara

Watch out for their scam on sites like Agoda. I had made a booking on Agoda at a predetermined price inclusive of tax. Not just that Agoda also mentioned that I could pay at property. Mere 10 mins after booking confirmation I recieved an email from the property asking me to pay in advance, despite Agoda giving the option of pay at property. Not trustable.

Worst hotel not recommended at all waste of money complimentary facilities room with free mosquito, ac without cooling, Check out immediate after 11.00 am as these ppls are having lots of booking And many more ......

Good Decent Hotel.. I stayed for 4 Nights during my Business trip in August 2019... Pros : Great Food - from same restaurant. Great Location - In Vicinity from Bus stand. Good Service - Owner himself is helpful. Good Rooms - Clean & Good for one person Cons : TV wasn't working and didn't get it fixed till checkout..

Last 3 year back good. Yesterday worst food supply. No customer Saturday.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Great hospitality by the staff. Especially, Mr. Divyang Kadam at reception, he was very helpful and has great customer service skills.

Food quality is nice. Rates are slightly higher. Ambience is ok. Service is good. Cleanliness is good. Terrace garden is available. Bar is very congested sitting and no ventilation, no AC. Family dining hall is AC and it's good.

Deliciois food...i loved the paneer crispy..the special thali was tasty as well. The ambience is beautiful starting from the entrance doors itself. They were understaffed that afternoon. Hence the cleanliness of the area had a few issues. Overall had a really good lunch.
