Had a pleasant stay at Itsy hotels Sitara. Rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff was courteous and always ready to help. Great location with easy access to local spots. Worth the price - highly recommended for short stays.

Pathetic Staff and service..we were welcomed by saying no one is there to pick up luggage..after much persuasion tausif agreed to pick up 1 bag ...i carried 3 bags by my own with a 5 year old..the parking is on road ..no private Parking for hotel..shabby restaurant. Don't order food from there.went out searching restaurant for dinner at 10pm. Next morning we were informed that in breakfast which we had already payed for during the booking we will be served only 2pc idli ..we and my toddler left the hotel hungry as the breakfast was insufficient for any toddler/adult. Overall don't book this hotel if you want service..

Clean and spacious rooms. Facilities are also clean. 24 Hrs Front Office. We were assisted by Mr. Tousif with Check-in. He also suggested a great Restaurant to have dinner. Breakfast was served in the rooms on time and quantity was filling. Overall very good experience.

Overall it was nice place to stay. Had to deduct 2 stars as there were 2 issues that I faced personally here - 1. Even though I had confirmed while hotel booking & confirmed day before with their staff to avail breakfast on checkin day itself, It was not provided in the morning because of miscommunication between night staff & morning staff. 2. Morning staff was too adamant on explaining why it is not at all possible to provide breakfast on checkin & it will never happen as per hotel policy. Kept explaining rules while their own staff & treebo had confirmed it would be possible. He even mentioned that it's your issue you are not staying next day morning, not mine. Apart from that whole stay was good, room, bathrooms & specially their restaurant staff behaviour. I hope these kinds of scenarios are not faced by any future customers. Even if there is something you are not able to provide, be a bit polite while interacting with customer.

1) Parking is on Road ...Not in Hotel 2) Dont keep expectations from Break fast ... They serve only "POHA" at Room . And Manager convey this very politely. 3) Manager asks immediate review once your enter in to the room , Kindly give your review after checkout . 4) Don't book this Hotel with breakfast ... Its really disappointing to listen such things in the morning ...when u really need good food ..

Wonderful product in terms of Room & Services.|The receptionist in the night shift was very helpful however it was a disaster in terms of the quality of food.|We stayed as a couple in this hotel the room was large and comfortable newly renovated property even though it was established for the past 8 years. They have a restaurant just above the room section the food that was served to us was missing flavours and also the hatha noodles that we ordered were not fresh It seemed stale. We ask for a replacement the service staff agreed but we never received the same so I had also mentioned to the night staff that if the food is not being prepared no problem refund as the value for the dish that was not have to standards next day on departure again we follow up with the team but we did not get any update from them till date and even though the amount of small its matter of ethic and good faith they promised me a refund and I am still waiting for the same it's been almost a month but still there is no response from their end.||Regards |Sujeet & Bhagyashree |9833400098

Great service. A bit pricey. Room are well maintained with clean lining

Recently I stayed at Hotel Sitara and Rooms in the hotel are very much clean and are equipped with essential amenities. Bed and mattress are exceptionally comfortable and also toilet area is quite large and essential toiletries are provided. Hotel staff is attentive and cooperative. It has a great ambience and also located within the city which makes it easy to access from any location.
