Hotel Suruban

Yesterday's Bad experience forced me to write this review and hope this review could help people from falling prey to this pathetic and filled with arrogant staff place.. Events are happy occasions where people enjoy, but these people do not bother about your convenience, they force you to have food early and talk arrogantly. I spoke to the person who so called was the caterer incharge, that the program already got delayed due to heavy rain and power cut off and only about 5-6 people were left to have food.. But he started yelling and speaking arrogantly . I said, earlier we had many such events at different places but never experienced such rude behavior of staff, to which he rudely replied.. Here it is like this only, if you wish to opt, go for other hall.. His reply was like as if they don't need customer, if you chose them then you need to follow their instructions and behave accordingly.. Please it's a humble request to you all don't go for this place if don't want to ruin your happy occasion.. Also one important thing, this hall is also ugly to host your beautiful events.. The hall looks ugly even if your decoration is attractive.. There are many other options available in satara for events.. Also they don't have power backup, you need to pay extra charges if you want generator, other hall provide backup for power cut off

Best place for Satara Hill Marathon as this is hardly 300 meters from the start point.Most economical even other hotels in town were charging bum to take advantage of the situation.

This is very good place for family ceremonies. Has good function hall, open place & dining area. Total 12 rooms accommodate min 60 persons comfortably. Our function is in 1st week of Jan. Review will be updated after experiencing overall arrangements.

the location is nearby city ST stand. The food is awesome especially suralichi wadi. It is a good place for multi-events at this venue. Room service is also very good. The surrounding is also very good.

The hotel is good, ambience wise. Plenty of space to accommodate almost 300+ guests. Even parking is sufficient. They have provision for changing rooms as well. Food was not great for the function that we'd been.

If you are looking for a big function to arrange here then you can consider this place. The place is too spacious. It has rooms to accommodate many people. There are just 2 restrooms for the entire hotel which is not at all sufficient. Also, the hotel needs more maintenance. I can rate it 3 on my recent experience

Fantastic place for wedding ceremonies, receptions, engagements etc. with ample space for accommodation, lots of greenery and tasty food at affordable rates. Most preferable for large family functions, get-together's, weekend hangouts. Well managed with nice ambiance, cottages to stay over.

Great place for the celebration of 100 to 150 people if you are looking for a great place in the heart of the city Satara. Amazing service and great tasty food. An open place is good if you are planning any evening function.
