Hotel Maratha Palace

This hotel is beggars hotel. For the order of tea, they took 1 hour. Reason was milk finished. After cancelling that order and we were about to leave with some other food with paid bill, they served the tea just because they made it and wanted to serve us without bill. We had it and I paid correct amount because we didn't want free tea. After i left towards car, they again asked for money to other family member without telling that i paid it. They didn't hesitate to get double money.

This is a very useless hotel or is under construction yet but also attend the guest. There is no construction at night but the room is absolutely useless. I don't think there is really any feeling in calling it a deluxe room. You are absolutely useless, there is no AC no wifi tv are just third class no phone call attend the bathroom is completely third class, you are in a third class room, there is no facility, there is no breakfast, only mendu vada and shira is there. I highly recommend not to come there. Even the OYO hotel is best as compared to this hotel. Room price is 2500 not worth less. Not to come there.

In first impressions it's look good but it's in actual very bad experience when you reach you will realise that wifi not available which is online booking showing available ,second thing bathroom flush button and all not working properly water leakage then here renovation work going on so too much noise comming still midnight 12, Room and Ac also old type You will see in photos buffet system breakfast but in actual no they will provide only 2 dishes and tea only all over it's very bad experience at this point of money you will get better hotel with good amenities.

If you're enroute to Pune and need a place for a night this can be, its next to highway only - all kinds of rooms available standard and deluxe - prefer deluxe ones and book online. Rooms are super spacious, ac working, washrooms clean on first floor and above floors - ground floor/basement rooms are cheap and not so clean. One plus point is they have restaurant and bar both and decent prices and decent food is available. Pune is just 2 hours from here max and highways is dope.

Great customer service! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms themselves were really clean and well maintained. The food was great. A good place to stay since it's close to the highway which is very convenient. Overall 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Rooms are spacious. But room's design are very old and interiors are average. Food quality is average. Cleaning staff is very slow but good in attitude. Instead of calling Hotel they should better call it Lodging and boarding. Hot water is not available for 24 Hrs but only in morning session. Certain items in food are good but most of the time if you call restaurant for order, what you request from Menu is not available. So you just have to manage what is available. They really need to upgrade for 21st Century.

Hotel has a tremendous history. I often visits here but this time it's disappointed me. Manager lady is very arrogant and always ready to fight with customers in fact with their own staff. She even don't notice that we are using foul words in front of customers which are here with their families. Currently the hotel becomes one star only. Food quality becomes poor and they don't have options. Cleanliness is average and don't have proper staff. Few people do all the work. They have serious faces all the time. Will never stay again in this hotel ever.

Worst hotel ive stayed in. Rates are very high and no basic facilities, toilet have typical smell. Room atmosphere is unpleasant. Room service are very bad, drinking water quality is bad. Dirty doormats. Very very sophisticated, no ventilation.
