Hotel Manasi Inn Satara

We arrived at 6am off an overnight bus and had to walk 20 minutes in the dark as there was no Autos running. We had pre warned the hotel, twice, by message if our early arrival. Our plan was to drop off our bags and go out until our room was ready. On arrival the man woken up to help us couldn't find our booking despite me showing him our details and booking ID on Booking.com. After 45 minutes he eventually found our booking in a phone chat. Really disorganised booking system and needs improving. They clearly don't get many western tourists there as he kept telling us our ID's didn't say which country we are from. This is despite both passport and driving licence saying UK clearly on them. Eventually after much confusion about getting into our room we agreed to pay 500R to get access to our room 4 hours early. (cash obviously) We were then helped to our rooms with our bags and crashed out. The hotel room was ok and the bed was comfy enough. We had a good view from the balcony but only 1 chair for 2 people. We had a fan only room, despite the fact there was an AC unit and the fan was really noisy when you put it on level 2 or above as at rattled around. We were only in Satara for 48 hours otherwise we might have said something and either got AC or moved to a room with a fan that wasnt so noisy. We had a train booked late in the evening and the hotel did arrange an Auto rickshaw for us to the train station which was helpful. We had paid for the room for the night when though we never planned to use it so we had it way past check out time. Overall it was an ok experience, which would have been better if the check in had gone much smoother. Chances of returning to Satara again are slim but even if I did I sadly wouldn't stay here again and find something more upmarket.

worst experience ever, rude staff, will look for ways to charge you more, locks of the room not working and instead of repairing it they will suggest you to leave the room open with your belongings and go out and assure you that nobody will steal anything from the room! book at your own risk!

Rooms are good but service is lacking. They order food specially lunch and dinner from their sister concern Manasi Pride. Rooms here are better than manasi pride. Food is good. However complimentary breakfast is limited. Lift was not working when we arrived.

I had 1 night stay in Manasi Inn. Location is very near from main highway. Room sizes are big. Open four wheeler parking available. Service is little slow, limited/no food options. Overall affordable and good place for short stay.

Purpose: Stay for 1 night. We were driving from Bangalore to Raighad Fort so took 1 night stay here. 2-Wheeler Parking: Yes 4-Wheeler Parking: Yes Ample Parking: Parking is congested. Parking Charges: No Booked on Make My Trip Eating Facility: They don't have kitchen there. If need to have food then they will get the parcel from some designated place and give it. Eating area is there. But definitely food won't be that hot as they are not preparing there. Nearby small eating shops are available. Cleanliness: Average AC working or not: We booked non-AC room. It was December so it was not that hot. Can go with Family: Yes Ambiance: Average Interiors: Average Room Service: Very slow and rude. They are not guiding properly. Hot water: Geyser is there and in working condition. TV: In working condition. Specific Experience: Room is with Balcony and we got road view. Our purpose was just to stay somewhere for 1 night and it was served. We need 5-7 mins to reach this hotel from Bengaluru-Pune Highway. Price is very high as compared to experience. Basic amenities are available.

The hotel is nicely located just next to Bangalore Pune Highway. We booked a non ac room and the fan speed regulator was broken and same was the issue with hand shower in toilet. We didn't bother to complaint as we just wanted to pass the night as we were travelling. They don't have food facilities i.e. they order from nearby and serve you nicely with all the required cutlery, expect delay in the order also. Overall and Ok stay.

Rooms are good but service is slow

Staff is so rude...we are regular customer for this hotel but now a days we experience night staff bad behaviour..while negotiating they directly said go to maratha hotel..don't stay here..
