Hotel Lake View

Mutton quality food is good in taste. Need to work on organizing service better as staff is coporative. If one staff is serving one table, other staff will not take request of other staff. Rest veg food is ok and non veg is good to have.

The dining service at this hotel is hands down the worst I've ever experienced in hotel history of satara. The staff had no idea what they were doing. We waited forever just to get seated, even though there were plenty of empty tables. Once we were seated, it took ages for anyone to even acknowledge us, let alone take our order. The staff was inattentive, unorganized, and outright rude. They kept forgetting our requests, like water or napkins, and we had to remind them multiple times. The level of disinterest from the staff was shocking they were more focused on chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. Overall, it felt like the staff didn't care at all about the customers, making what should have been a pleasant experience incredibly frustrating. Avoid the dining area unless you enjoy waiting forever and being treated like an afterthought!

I recently attended a program at the event hall of Hotel Lake View, and I was thoroughly impressed with the arrangements. The management had done an excellent job in organizing the event, ensuring everything went smoothly.

We often visit it once a couple of months, resently celebrated family birthdays at this restaurant. While there was a noticeable change in taste due to new staff, it wasn't too bad but also not exceptional. However, it's a great spot for parties or celebrations! The location is quite peaceful, far from the city's hustle and bustle, and it offers a large parking area, which is a fantastic service. Overall, a good option for special occasions!

My worst experience on my birthday ruined my mood. They charged a bill of 2300 and served very bad-tasting food. I will never visit this place again. I am extremely disappointed.i will never ever visit this place also advised there are plenty of best hotel like nation11 must visit it
