Hotel King Palace

Over all the hotel is good. Rooms were clean and neat. I would recommend it. Food was very tasty. Restaurant service was good. They must consider openning a tea/ coffee shop that is open from 6am to 11pm each day. They can also provide electtic kettle, tea/ coffee, milk and sugar packets in every room.

Hotel King Palace is a very basic place. The room had the essentials -- bed, fan, and bathroom. It was mostly clean but nothing special. The service was okay, and the staff helped when asked. Don't expect luxury or extra comfort. Good enough for a short stay if you're on a tight budget.

I booked this hotel through agoda. But hotel guys was denying my booking earlier. Later they charged me 1250rs for additional person mat. If you need brush they will charge 50rs per head. Soap n towel was included in hotel cost. I got non AC room for 2500rs without breakfast.( Including additional mat) There is no elevator.

While the rooms in the palace are really good, the overall experience was disappointing. The bathrooms were not well-maintained, and basic amenities were lacking. Unfortunately, the staff was unprofessional and rude, failing to understand even the basic expectations of hotel service. When I requested an extra towel, it was outright denied. Additionally, they didn't provide basic essentials like a toothbrush or toothpaste. I sincerely hope the owner takes this feedback seriously to improve the service and facilities."

This place is at Satara... 2 km inside from highway. Rooms are good. No Lift. Service is so so Breakfast not imcluded Veg thali Restuarant is there but takes much time to serve. No intercom to communicate with reception or room service. Safe place for family and business visits. No wrong use...

We had food here which is very tasty and homely. Their papad churi and chaas bottle are special highlights. So one must taste it. It's an experience

Everything is broken. You will find someones underwears drying in balcony. Worst place I could ever visit. Found full baby diaper in bathroom, clothes drying in balcony, smelly bathroom toilet and bed, toothbrush & tonge cleaner in locker, just a Tv with no connection and charged us 1400 per room a night. Stayed here with family of 6 and something has beaten us all night hope they not bugs. Guy who brought our bags up was very nice and friendly but reception doesnt pick up calls at night. If you want to waste your money you can stay here.

Wanted to book a room since I was very tired. The online rates are different. The rude manager smugly asked me to order online then. Very arrogant bunch of people. This is not hospitality by any means. I was expecting atleast a welcome and a glass of water
