Hotel Hem Executive

Service is very bad. Though, the staffs are polite but they are very unprofessional. Cleanliness is a big problem. Please make sure you clarify all your requirements before check in. Also, it would be great to keep some amount pending. Hotel staffs change their behaviour once they get the money. Blankets, pillows and bed sheets are not properly cleaned.

The hotel has the basic amenities needed for a stay of one or two nights but nothing more. I had stayed there while on a guided tour to Kaas plateau hence I had food provided by the tour organisers, and cannot comment on the food here. As far as I know, the hotel does not provide food. The hotel is clean but upkeep needs to be improved to provide a quality experience to travellers. I had travelled there in September 2012

Worst experience they said i booked through Oyo and had done a prepayment so the owner of the hotel said we cannot allot you rooms, as you've booked through Oyo and you've a very big discount applied, you contact customer support. (I'm a Oyo for the Gold wizard member). Later when i called customer support they refunded the amount and later one of their staff called around 3 hours later that your booking is there. As if the reception person and the calling team work at different locations. Stupidity at the peak.

Ok budget hotel. Stayed here when I traveled to satara for Satara Ultra half Marathan. All other properties were sold out. It's a budget hotel and you can't expect much in terms of comfort or luxury. Average room with basic facilities. They do have ac in the rooms. Location is a great advantage as it's on the main city center.

Worst hotel, due to weekend we didn't got place so we need to stay here all dirty blankets which we have not used it. No hygiene specially, rooms were smelling. 1000 rupees we paid for 8 hours with no hot water and ac. Will request only stay at this place if you out of options

It was good bed for 4 people everything was good.The rate was too high for the room.We did check-in at night,so hot water was not coming in the bathroom.Because the reception said that hot water will not come in the bathroom at night.the second thing, the fan in the room was bad, its sound was coming, so I could not sleep.And in the morning the hot water was not coming in the bathroom. just i check out on my room door open.i saw whole corridor lights off,seriously i really scared.very disgusting and dengeours. and next day morning im asked on reception guy why whole lobby passage everything lights was off. then his answered " only one rooms is your peoples arrived and all rooms are closed because no one is there customer in rooms, and lights bills to save this reason im switching a whole lights off. what the helling this answer. don't stay in this hotel. So please take care of the guests,because he pays for the room.

Extremely polite and helpful staff.. rooms are quite good and well maintained. Also, the infrastructure is Wheelchair/disabled person friendly. They have lift it helps to direct access from the entrance to the rooms...

Booked this hotel online 10 days in advance through one of the reputed website. However after reaching the hotel on a booking day hotel executive denied the entry as they claimed that they do not accept online booking from any of the website. Had to coordinate with booking website for replacement hotel which took around 45 minutes. So if you planning to book it online please do it at your risk
