Hotel Green Field

The rooms were big but the mattress quality was not too good. Also there was little dust everywhere in the room. Rates are average but not satisfactory. This is the good option for the travellers who wanted to stay nearby Powai naka, ST Bus stand. Room service was really good.

Rooms are descent but not that luxury as per price..No lift in Hotel. Restuarant taste is nice, ambience needs to be improved.

The best & fast service rooms are very nice and the breakfast is superb.

Please avoid this hotel. The staff was very rude to our family members and to our surprise they rang the door bell of one of our rooms at 12:15AM as they needed mattress from our room. The hotel + their staff was too loud during the night time, disturbing our sleep quite often.

Could have got better room service and better transport service ( in the sense) . Lifts could have been there for the elderly.

One of the good hotels to stay in. Need some improvement in room interior furniture. Lift facility not available for different abled persons. Wheelchair entrance not possible. Rooms are too small to even walk inside. Wash room cleaning required. TV is not good enough to feel it's presence. With all these minus, rates are always plus. Rates are high rocket like Pune Municipal corporation. Resto in ground floor seems just a no option choice for dinner. But not clean enough which cannot be identified due to dim and poor lightings. Plates are not washed and wiped properly. We cannot ensure it is clean.

Worst service worst food taste i have experienced ever. Totally disappointed.
