I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience at your hotel. I have stayed at your establishment before and had a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, my most recent stay was quite the opposite. 1. Lack of Water in Toilets: Upon arrival, I discovered that there was no water available in the toilets. This caused great inconvenience during my stay. 2. Unavailability of Staff: There was no one available at the reception to assist with this issue. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered the phone either. This is not the level of service I expected, given your hotel's previous reputation. I hope you can address these concerns and ensure that future guests do not experience similar issues. I regret to say that based on this experience, I can no longer recommend this hotel.

Great location. Paid parking available nearby. So no issues in that regard. I went there for a function and I found the service to be mediocre at it's best. Quality of food was good however the servers were not professional and were rude to say the least. One of the servers refused to serve dal because he was instructed to serve it only with roti. What a flawed logic! Function was right in the noon and very few fans were available, it made the heat unbearable. Servers were not even using gloves and didn't wear any uniform. All in all great place but lackluster service. Avoid.
