Galaxy Lodge Satara.

This lodge is at the best location at the centre of satara. Rooms are above average with a clean washroom. Service can be better where we had to ask multiple times for hot water since it was unavailable. Also the jio network is quite low so you need to ask for wifi also for calls that need to go out.

Receptionist is not respect to customer including her staff and rooms are not cleaned. Service is very bad. Total wrost of time and our mood.

We stayed here one night and were put in a room where the toilet didn't flush and there was no hot water, even though '24hr hot water' was written on the front of the hotel. They also supplied me and my partner with 2 single beds. ||||We had to return to this hotel for another nights stay a week later. I specifically asked for a room with hot water and a working toilet. They put us back in the same room with the toilet and hot water still not working, at least they pushed the 2 single beds together for us this time. ||||After our stay they demanded the 'westerner' price which is around double the local price. Safe to say I wasn't too happy.

Strictly budget place in the City Centre. There were drainage issues in the bathrooms of both the rooms we occupied, and despite their claims of availability of 24 hour hot water, we found that the hot water doesn't commence before 7:30 AM if you want anything above lukewarm.

Staffs are very friendly and owner is always looking forward to give better service to customer and now he started one time free homely made food to the customer. So now it seems to be lodge converts into home. Thank you Galaxy lodge especially for the providing homely made food because I was tired with hotel's food.

This is Oyo hotel (42985) but denied oyo booking. #LootCustomer. Hotel rooms are not clean, service is worst, water leaked rooms-bathrooms, bed is not clean, arrogant staff, receptionist is college boy who act as Mafia and loot extra money from you. #DonNotGo

Its n amazng hotel to stay , the owner of the hotel Mr Ganesh is an Amazing person very warm and Hospitable,,The rooms r neat nd clean,the rooms r small(but cmfrtble fr 2)wth neat bathrooms ns well maintained decor,its best thng is its situated rite in the heart of satara(mkts,bus stand) all bery near by,,i hd gone to run the satara marathon hd stayed only fr a day but i really enjyd the hospitality ther,,mr Ganesh is a perfct gentleman!!!!

It was a very bad place.. the entire hotel was empty also unclean
