I and My Family stayed in this Hotel, Rooms were very good according to the Tariff and location of the hotel is very good you will find restuarant/Snacks corner nearby to this hotel. I personally would like to visit again in future.

Had a very comfortable stay with Bharat Residency. Rooms are quite spacious with balcony. Very much accessible via main road. Service is good.

Owner is so humble, he helps his guest in every aspect. I had my exam in satara but due to huge marathon scheduled on that day, all hotels were booked. I have contacted owner on phone and he assures that he will keep one room aside for me even he did not ask to make payment prior. Rooms are good, staff is also cooperative. Overall nice friendly family hotel.

Great location Owner is very polite But no hot water in the bathroom no cleanliness at all water lodging in the bathroom, room floor is very dirty, stains and hair all over the room floor, stained pillows and bedding Big zero for cleanliness, very disappointed

I had a fantastic experience at Bharat Recidancy. After my car broke down in Satara Exp Highway with my family and a pet dog, I was stranded until I found this wonderful hotel. The owner, who is both incredibly polite and genuinely compassionate, went above and beyond to help me and my family. They even gave us a lift to the bus stand in the middle of the night when no other options were available. Their exceptional hospitality turned a stressful situation into a memorable stay. Value to money, better service and co-operation. Washrooms are clean.Place is located in very peaceful place .
