Budget hotel in Satara. Hotel is located at quite place and residential area around. Rooms are very neat and clean. Staff is very polite. Owner is very cooperative and happening person. Online and offline booking options are available.

Hi !!! Hotel Shivam Palace ... Whatever is spoken on phone, has been delivered. Unlike other hotels that many fantasies are woven and nothing delivered. Manned by retired ACP Mumbai - Mr. Surve - Sr. during day and by his son at night, the property has very very clean rooms, washrooms, though simple but clean linen, good ventilation and fresh air, moderate rates as room tariff. Need to mention good guidance given to make our trip a success by Mr. Sr. Surve. Breakfast provided on request from local service provider. Big parking space within the compound without charging anything and also a sleeping space for the chauffeur for a very reasonable charge. Very good and hospitable environment. Mr. Senior Surve has been associated with Mumbai for a long time as ACP and knows the specific requirements of a typical traveler visiting Satara for Kass valley of flowers. Kass plateau is about 21 km from this stay and needs about 45 minutes to reach through ok - ok roads.|Better to seek guidance from Mr. Surve as soon as you enter Satara by road to reach hotel. He is ready to help and very efficient person to handle all your queries. Good family accommodation that Satara has to offer to family travelers.

The Location is very near Highway . Big Grounds were seen and the fresh air was really pleasent. Service was also pretty good. ||||Surprisingly the Rooms were spacious and CLEAN.We were able to see Panchgani(30 km), Kas Plateaus, Sajjangadh, Couple of other religous places. Best part was everything was in 30 km radius and the cost of rooms were half the proce in Mhabaleshwar. My Family enjoyed the stay throughly

Very Good Place for staying. Very neat & clean rooms and that too in a budget price. This is not a proper hotel, so don't expect that much amenities but it is absolutely good place to stay. Room were spacious and clean. Recommended to family and solo travelers.

Am generally wary of any hotel which has "palace" in its name, we were booked when our primary choice was sold out, and went in with a bit of trepidation. Was pleasantly surprised to find a clean and spacious hotel which ticked the right boxes in terms of service (very hospitable), cleanliness (room and bathrooms) and flexibility (choice of rooms). Good service starts from the top, and you have a set of owners who take pride in what they're doing, which should help this place in the long run. It's not plush, but would definitely a very credible choice that I would choose should we be in Satara again.

Friendly owners, clean rooms and courteous staff. This place is lodging only. This was the fourth visit. Everything was the same this time too. ||Very convenient location. Near to highway and attractions like Ajinkyatara, Thoseghar falls, Sajjangad and Kaas plateau. ||Recommending this place for stay. Tea and coffee available on request.

Nice and comfortable place. Reasonably priced. Owner is nice to talk to. Very helpful and informative. No food available here. All of us liked the hotel...will surely visit again. We all liked satara a lot. Simple place. Lots of greenery and the Kaas and waterfalls were excellent. Very different from mahableshwar. Tourism needs to be developed more in these parts.

While coming back from Goa, we stayed in this lodge. Its not a hotel but lodge don't go by name hotel shivam palace. No restaurant in premises. Good and clean room. It is okay from overnight stay point of view only.
