Upon arriving at the hotel, I was shocked to find the conditions unsatisfactory. The hotel owner appeared to be intoxicated, and he demanded additional payment per person for our stay. The rooms were in poor condition, and the overall situation was unacceptable. Given that the hotel did not allow all family members to stay, we were forced to find an alternative accommodation. The hotel owner, rather unhelpfully, directed me to contact OYO for a refund, stating that he was not responsible for the booking. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL
