O'NEST ELITE

Hotel is designed good. But unhappy with room's cleanliness and toilet's appliances,need to repair towel rack and bed sheets to be changed. We had stay for 3 nights satisfied with food and restaurant facilities but room facilities were not good. Even the water used in toilet's was too hard which was impossible to take a good bath. Should improve room and washroom services at priority.

Location is easy to find. Booked the superior deluxe room. Clean and spacious rooms. Many breakfast options and all were tasty. Only suggestion to improve on room service slightly. Otherwise had a great stay.

The hotel is new and facilities are clean. The bathroom is very clean. The staff offer excellent service and are very friendly. The food was especially great. The chicken in the biryani is soft tender and delicious. Space is an issue if you are with a kid. It will be great if they offer small pillows for sleeping

We stayed at this restaurant from December 25th to December 27th, and while there were some positives, an unfortunate incident left us with mixed feelings. Good Points: - The ambience was pleasant, and the rooms were spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. - The staff was generally supportive, and the reception desk efficiently handled our queries. They even helped with some great recommendations for city visits. What Could Be Improved: - The parking space was quite limited, which was a bit inconvenient. - One major issue we encountered was with the food. We ordered vegetarian items, but one of the dishes contained chicken bone and pieces, which was very concerning. When we raised the issue with the staff, they couldn't provide an explanation for how this happened. To make matters worse, over a week has passed since we shared our feedback, and we still haven't received any response from the restaurant team. Additionally, there was no complaint book available for us to officially lodge our concerns. While the overall stay was good, this incident significantly impacted our experience, and the lack of follow-up from the team was disappointing.

** WORST EXPERIENCE ** I booked the hotel after seeing the photos of O'nest Elite but the lady (receptionist) told me that they have their other property called O'nest Prime and same as O'nest Elite. (Because O'nest Elite was fully booked) I trusted and booked 2 rooms by paying the advance amount because the lady insisted me to pay and they have lot of inquiries lined up) 1. Location- When we reached the location (O'nest Prime), to our surprise, there was no hotel (like O'nest Elite). They have purchased a floor in one old building and converted in 7-9 rooms. 2. Parking- Since the building is very old, the parking place is like garbage house and no lights. Very dirty, smell of urine all over. 3. Rooms- Very beginning, we did not like the place and when we checked the rooms, all the beds (mattresses) were full of hair, everywhere. We pointed this out to reception and the person changed our rooms but the situation was same there too (hair on mattress). However, while booking the rooms, lady told me only 2 rooms available and when we reached there, we could see all the rooms were vacant. It was one of the worst stay I have ever had. We felt like cheated.

The staff was friendly but it is not handicap or sr. Citizen friendly. There are many steps initially ro climb and there is no railing to hold neither there is a ramp for wheelchair. Also the wash room in the rooms are to be climbed. The bed sheet was stained which on request was changed

Hotel was good. I stayed there for two days. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was good. It's a good place to stay in Sangli.

Food taste is awesome at this hotel, I liked Daal Khichdi here. Chef Omkar is very best chef. Ankush is very supportive
