"Despite the room's cleanliness, the supporting staff and reception service have been severely disappointing. I've encountered issues with the lack of laundry service and significant delays when trying to reach someone by phone - it often seems the phone is deliberately left off the hook. I'm writing this review while still a guest and can honestly say this has been the worst service I've ever experienced. I have no plans to return to this hotel in the near future."

Best hotel in Vishrambag....Sangli. Rooms are good and clean. And food is very good and light. Best thing at night you can order any snack, drink or meal. It's great to have authentic living in Sangli
