Hotel New Pride - Sangli

No Staff Service, No cooperation, No Pool side, No resturant, No reception at night time , just handful of people to manage. I had a 2 days stay due to A cousin's Wedding. They things I notices were just very terrible: *No Cleanliness. *No service from the Hotel , had to get a local Catterin from outside and Service from there resturant. *No Management, We did the logging of all guests and there Key cards. -Thats all i had to say.

Staff is not co-operative at all. Not listening a single instruction for cleaning the theater. All the time when we come for movie theaters have dirty seats and they even don't listen to clean it and using arrogant voices. Telling to adjust on other seats. Very disappointed by their behavior because we pay for particular seats and they only want money. Telling lie all the time just disgusting. I request to new pride's manager that, please look in to this matter carefully and warn your staff as well.

Hotel is spacious.. Campus is good .Food is also good. Service very poor. They don't serve free drinking water nor there is any good water dispenser on each floor. Only(packaged drinking) water is served with cost. Elevators are out of order always. Lot of mosquitoes... Everywhere. Unable to sit even for 10 seconds still.

Stayed there for a short visit. Far away from all amenities. The food is good but priced much above to similar restaurents. The most unacceptable part is the dirty towels and bed spread. Not clean at all.. They add GST and other charges making net charges much higer than other hotels at town center . Service staff are responsive even though you may have to call them many times. Try to avoid as this is primarly an event hall with some rooms .. dont fall to the reviews written by tour guides..

It was a horrible experience staying in this hotel. They requested me to pay entire tariff in advance. I asked why you take entire tariff in advance when you have all the details of guests with you? The reception explained Guests live very early in the morning without paying. So management made a rule to take payments in advance. One hour after checking in when I asked about the restaurant close time, shocking news came that restaurant is not available. But food can be available near by. Or can be arranged if required. I was too tired so decided to take some rest and woke up at around midnight because of some itching. Found bed bugs!!! Horrible. Hungry & this bed bugs was a real nightmare bed bug" (khttml), walking over you biting ohhoo horrible. This was a three star hotel ? Who gives this rating? And what is the method? At this hour of time no one was available in the house keeping. No one on reception. If Hotel is under renovation. Restaurant closed. No room service. They should shut down it completely till the renovation is over. Please check everything before booking this property.

a perfectly managed hotel. very good staff. sitting arrangements, living rooms, waiting area, pool side restaurant, banquet hall all are perfect to enjoy your stay or dinner. main part is greenery. from entrance to dining there are much more types of plants that make your peaceful mood. an royal hotel with loyal management.

My stay at hotel new pride at Sangali is probably my worst hotel stay ever. I know its a harsh statement but not unwarranted. Had booked 4 rooms for a pilgrimage visit by my family to the area. When we arrived at the hotel there was a customer at the lobby complaining about bad quality of breakfast. The floors in all four rooms were wet at first and then sticky till we left. The blankets were stained(red!) There was no hot water in bathrooms. The swimming pool(not that we were planning to use it) was littered with cigarate buds. Then we had the incident with breakfast next morning.. As we were on a pilgrimage trip we had planned to leave early. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because they served breakfast at 7:30 AM. The timing also mentioned at reception and I had confirmed over phone beforehand as well. I had also told the reception that we will be leaving early and would need the breakfast at 7:30 to which they agreed and assured us that it would be ready. When we arrived at 7:30 at the breakfast area, there was no hotel staff present. Reception told us that the cooks were yet to arrive. At around 8AM They told us that the cooks would arrive "soon", cook the food and then they will be able to serve it to us. At this point we decided to leave the hotel. I called up oyo helpline and they flat out told me that according to oyo policy the breakfast starts at 8 and they don't care what the hotel staff says and whether it is written at hotel reception. And thus my statement at the beginning of this review. If OYO has this much resentment for complaining customers I am fearful how they will react in case of bigger issues. I will be very careful not to visit another OYO in future for sure. Hope this helps you make your decision.

Hotel is in bad shape. They say they are renovating, but they should shut down and renovate. No restaurant or food options inside the hotel. Just 1-2 housekeeping guys. They don't even have an iron for clothes. One chap at the reception. Rooms and bathrooms not in good condition. The photos on the site are probably from a different era. Nowhere it is close to what the photos resemble. Will not recommend.
