It was amazing till 10 years back. Visited recently and full of disappointment.. Very dull and cozy rooms, no freshness..breakfast was great though.Not worth for 3k per night

My recent stay at this establishment was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in this category of accommodation. It is evident that the reviews are fabricated, as the service provided was far below what was promised. The individual at the reception was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Although I am reluctantly giving a 3-star rating for some of the services, this hotel truly deserves a rating below zero. The staff were entirely unhelpful, lacking both competence and professionalism

The Rooms are really nice and executive and business class but the TOILETS ARE REALLY HORRIBLE. Can't imagine they keep it so dirty and smelly all the time. The food and service is very good. But for family stay and even otherwise, they should improve the quality of Toilets and the related hygiene matters. None of the electric points work. U need a pencil to insert a charger etc. A bit of a Let Down on Toilet cleanliness.

Excellent location. Even being in the heart of the city it's bit secluded. Rooms are much better compared to others in the city. Service is really on the toes. Food quality is one of the best. Only thing missing was the ambience in the restaurant which was bit cumbersome unlike other competitors. But strongly recommended for solo travellers, couples and family for a decent and safe stay. Connectivity is marvelous.

Good one for family and solo staying. Rooms are clean and spacious. One of the best thing in this hotel is the food. Wow it's too tasty and sufficient and they've lot of menu and literally they are just worthy. Room service person is also nice. He won't be creating any annoyance look or something on you. He is very helpful. Also they will be helping you in finding autos and vehicles in case if you can't find anything on your own.
