Radisson Blu Plaza Resort & Convention Centre, Karjat

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Plaza Resort & Convention Centre in Karjat and had a wonderful time. The property is beautifully designed and set amidst serene surroundings, making it perfect for a relaxing escape from the city.||||Room:||The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the view of the lush greenery added to the peaceful vibe. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive.||||Food:||The food at the in-house restaurant was impressive. There was a good variety of Indian and international dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, and the service staff, especially at the restaurant, were courteous and efficient.||||Facilities:||The pool area was a highlight -- large, clean, and perfect for both kids and adults. The property also has a spa and indoor games, which added to the overall experience. The resort is quite family-friendly, and there were several activities for children.||||Service:||The hospitality was warm and professional. The staff made sure we were comfortable and addressed all our requests with a smile. Special mention to a few team members who went out of their way to make our stay special.||||Areas for Improvement:||While most of the stay was smooth, a few areas could use better maintenance -- particularly in common areas and bathrooms. Also, service during peak hours was slightly delayed.||||Overall:||A great weekend getaway spot with beautiful surroundings, good food, and comfortable rooms. I would definitely recommend Radisson Blu Plaza Resort to anyone looking for a short, peaceful break near Mumbai or Pune.

The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully landscaped grounds, a sparkling pool, and comfortable, well-appointed rooms; overall very well maintained by management. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Enjoyed starters and breakfast items. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Particularly appreciated the service and Rooms and Villas. It is very spacious and the Villa is like home only. We highly recommend this Radisson Blue Plaza and Resorts to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. You have everything here, for sure you have a good time with your family or friends.

Cons first: Spread of breakfast and lunch is pretty meh. For lunch buffet, there was not a single item for starter. The Palm restaurant is also pretty small and cramped up compared to the large area of the property. This could have been planned better. Room also didn't have either face towel or hand towel which is surprising given it is Raddisson. Good things about the place: Staff service is very good. Shruti and Meghna were very helpful during breakfast at Panorama. Pool is very large and well maintained.
