Hotel Harshali Residency, Khopoli (Nr. Imagica)

Wrost experience ever in my life. There is nothing like a hotel management. First the attendent were not able to open any room with keys available with him. Second, very bad smells like open gutter all around. Third, it's not like a hotel, but some Dharmsala type property. Last, minus -5 points will give to higenic. Wrost experience ever. Don't suggest.

Bad Experience - Not Recommended My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Customers are misled and treated poorly. The service is very poor, and the food lacks both taste and quality. The hygiene standards are also neglected. The staff behaves rudely and seems to assume that the customer is visiting a hotel for the first time - they serve anything without care or consideration. The food is not worth the price, and there is a complete lack of quality. Please think twice before visiting this place. In my opinion, it's a waste of both money and time.

The hotel was not worth the price at all. The entrance, lobby and stairs were so dirty and pathetic. There were stray dogs and cats roaming in the lobby which could be dangerous. They charge extra that too more than MRP for water bottles. Food was very unhygienic and taste was poor. Overall not worth going. Spend few thousands more and stay at Grand Mastiff or Radisson.

Worst hotel experience ever! We had to leave in the middle of the night due to bed bugs and an extremely unhygienic environment. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. I regret booking this place--please don't make the same mistake. Avoid staying here at all costs!

Bakwas rooms & services. Literally we changed 3 rooms and still not got 1 neat and clean room, some rooms have dirtiest mattress & cushions, some rooms don't have hot water, Ac was not working well, everything is messed up.. and the guy who are there he is not even ready to eccepting that they are not taking care of the rooms. Basic amenities like towel, toothpaste also not provided. We did a breakfast there and I found a screw in my bite.. we immediately showed that to a manager and they didn't care about it. They simply told us that we didn't use this type of screw here in the hotel.. so what we bring the screw from home and put it i that masala dosa???? They didn't even have curiosity to say sorry for what happened.. if we didn't made a prior booking in hotel harshali we would have definitely go and search some other hotel... Don't ever book your rooms here..

Wifi rooms where wifi doesn't work. No food available if late like it's your residency take the damn responsibility. The hotel is poorly made. Hope you improve your trash ass hotel

Below is my overall review of the hotel - Pros or positives 1) Good Rooms 2) Very good customer support and friendly guest relations. Negatives or Cons 1) Don't go by the picture on Google. The hotel is in bad shape and need maintainance and repairs 2) taps are leaking 3) The beds and pillows are dirty inspite of them replacing it. 4) TV is just for show peice. D2h is present but without channels. They were not ready to do recharge as well. 5) hot water comes from the taps but that is after letting go of 3 to 4 bucket of water. 6) if you are planning to work form hotel then please don't be depended on their wifi. It's like 2 to 3mbps speed which does not even work properly.y work was impacted due to which I had to end up taking a leave 7) there is nothing in the hotel apartment form room, no play area or any recreational activity.

Best quality in low price. Near to Imagica. Rooms are awesome clean and well mentained overall very good
