Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli

We had such a great experience staying at this hotel--it honestly felt like a home away from home. Right from the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Whether it was a quick room request, directions, or just a casual chat, they were always around and happy to assist. You can really tell they care about making your stay as comfortable as possible. One of the highlights for us was definitely the food. All three meals were consistently delicious! Breakfasts were hearty with lots of variety, lunches had a good balance of local and familiar dishes, and dinner was something we looked forward to every night. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful--kudos to the kitchen team! We were traveling with our kids, and they had an absolute blast. The hotel has some lovely kid-friendly activities and spaces that kept them entertained throughout the day. It was such a relief knowing they were having fun and in a safe environment while we got to unwind a bit ourselves. All in all, it was a really relaxing and enjoyable stay for our whole family. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone, especially families with young children. Can't wait to come back!

We were warmly welcomed by Harshit Shahu, whose genuine smile and thoughtful note truly made our day! His hospitality added a personal touch to our stay, and the entire staff was very cooperative and helpful throughout. However, we did face a couple of issues -- the room Wi-Fi was not working during our 2-day stay, and the room wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival. Despite these setbacks, the warmth and professionalism of the staff, especially Harshit, made our experience more comfortable. Thank you!

Novotel Imagica Khopoli delivered an exceptional stay! The luxurious, spotless rooms, vibrant dining at The Square, and refreshing pool created a perfect family-friendly getaway. Its proximity to Imagicaa Theme Park, paired with top-notch amenities like the kids' play zone and Tattva Spa, ensured endless fun and relaxation. Mr. Harshit, our room attendant, was the true star! His warm smile and meticulous care kept our room pristine, with fresh linens and charming towel art that delighted our kids. Harshit's swift service, genuine kindness, and enthusiasm elevated our experience, making our holiday unforgettable. He's a gem!

Not so good experience I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. I arrived for a check-in, only to face one issue after another and got room after 3hr. First, the room keys didn't work, which wasted more time and energy after a long journey. Then, the TV in the room wasn't working, which was frustrating when all I wanted was to relax. To make matters worse, the room I was assigned had already been given to someone else! This major lapse in management meant I had to compromise on a different room, which was not what I booked or expected. It's shocking that a hotel can double-book a room and think it's acceptable to just "make do." Absolutely unacceptable and poor coordination.

Rooms are big and spacious. Service was excellent. Rohindas from room service is an amazing person!! Food in the hotel was also excellent. 4.9/5 stars - when I checked in, the bathroom was not cleaned properly. However, when I informed the hotel they cleaned it quickly .

I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made sure I had everything I needed. Their hospitality really made a difference and made me feel at home. This is my second visit to Novotel . Love the place and ambiance. The live Imagica dance in the restaurant every morning is awesome . Food and service is excellent. Bishal and Tamal were very enthusiastic in their service in the restaurant. Club Mahindra members, don't forget to ask for the special Club Mahindra food package which includes breakfast and dinner buffet. It is available and we have to ask for it because you may miss it while scanning the restaurant menu online using the scanner.

Good hotel to stay when you visit imagicaa..the best hotel you consider.. f&b manager tapendra ghosh is really a nice and kind person & very good at manage things..i really appriciate mr. Ghosh's services and the way he manages things amazing.. great hotel, great person mr. Ghosh, i really meet looking forward to him again... and definatly i recommend this hotel visit forsure...
