I had bookmarked this place 2 years back and finally I made a visit with family. On reaching the place, My family was spellbounded! What works: Location. Seaview almost 270deg degree and a picturesque view of the bay, city and the beach Rooms. Highly spacious. Neatly laid down. Attention paid to the detail. Windy. Balcony. What I really liked was the cloth stand. The mini pool rooms are newly constructed and loved the hanging stand. Food. Amazeballs. Delicious. Very homely. Breakfast has two fixed varieties with cut fruits, eggs and toast given as Breakfast. Service. Mr Vijay was spot on. At every call he made sure he was available. His team of staff were pretty helpful. What might not work Service. One has to repeatedly call Mr Vijay for everything. If you are of the type who prefers service at a landline call would be tad disappointed. There's some lag in pool cleaning as well. Food. A fixed menu is unavailable. Local food is given preferences. If you are someone who likes more varieties and the typical star hotel treatment, you would not disappointed. However there are options of swiggy and zomato. Rest all is super good. We are glad we spent a relaxing time here.

We booked a deluxe cottage for two nights here. Room was clean and spacious with a great sea view. Food was fresh and tasty. All staffs are very co operative. The whole ambience was very peaceful. A good option for people who love silence. It was a pleasant stay for us. Few points to be noted: **Swimming pool is not properly maintained. **Basic first aid is not available. **No direct access to the beach. It is situated on the top of a cliff. If you don't have a car,it will be difficult to travel or roam around.

Regarding service, Liked it... The breakfast was up to the expected standard. They also served us well with smiley face. Special thanks for the black coffee without sugar. The proportion of coffee and sugar was exactly as expected. We had meal only once but that was also authentic. No complaints. One evening we asked them to serve the dinner on the lawns and they did it without any hesitation. Didn't like it... We had to repeatedly ask for toothbrush, bathing soap. Then finally they gave them next day mornings. The hand wash kept near the washbasin was smelling very bad. Looks like it was a soap base which was needed to be mixed with the flavour. But they added the base directly into the dispenser.

WINDSONGS is a nice place to spend time wid ur love ones, place is hvng very positive vibes and property is very well maintained. Me and my fmly njoyd dis place. Ambience, View, Service and above all the host/ manager Mr Shashi - only one word Amazing. Had a great and memorable stay with our pet, being pet friendly place with ample play area for pets makes it a must visit place. Highly recommend. Will visit soon.

The experience was good. We had booked sea view rooms for our family and the ambience was really good. But we were disappointed with room service especially when we saw used coffee and sugar packets in room. The room service staff did not clean room properly even after notifying. The swimming pool was not maintained and clean daily. The gardens in vicinity could have been properly maintained. The food here is very homely and the cook will adjust the food as per your liking which i really appreciate. If the owner can look more into property maintainance and service. I think this place will be good for family hangout in ratnagiri. Overall, the place is really good and isolated from city. Theres complete silence and just nature sounds

The deluxe cottage are the best rooms. Spacious and apt for a group of 3-4 people. Based on the price the service needs to improve. The owner once he was available ensured the service was prompt. He is very courteous and ensured the guests had a memorable stay. He went the extra mile and suggested a itinerary for us so we could make best use of our available time, The greenery around the place and the location gives such a peaceful vibe. The food menu needs some upgrade for people travelling. The taste although is pretty decent. Overall a good experience with family and plan to visit again pretty soon.
