Good resort but no spa. Pool and turf is worth spending time.Buffet does not serve as many varieties even during weekend. The staff is good and the rooms are decent. I felt the rate was a bit overpriced though. All and all good experience.

Clean rooms & toilets. Well maintained property. Very friendly and helpful staff . Good food. Refreshing stay. Greenery around the premises are maintained nicely. Yoga room was a pleasant surprise with all the tools required for Iyenger yoga. Gym is decent enough. Pool was clean and maintained.

It was wonderful experience at the property as we chose it closer to river rafting point and this is the only best option for corporate stay. We had a great time in dj party, cricket turf and enjoyed cycle riding. Food was also good at the restaurant

Hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The moment we walked in, the lack of cleanliness was glaring. The carpets were stained, the sheets looked like they hadn't been washed, and there was dust everywhere. The bathroom was downright disgusting -- mildew in the shower, grime on the sink, and a foul odor that never went away. The food was just as terrible. Everything served was cold, bland, and clearly left out for ages. Even the breakfast buffet, which should be the easiest to get right, was a disaster. And don't even get me started on the so-called game zone. It was a complete joke! Most of the equipment was broken, outdated, and absolutely unusable. It felt like an afterthought, thrown together without any care or effort. The staff was indifferent and dismissive. Any concern we raised was met with a careless shrug. No hospitality, no professionalism, nothing. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. It's a filthy, unwelcoming nightmare."

As if that wasn't bad enough, the food was a complete disaster. Everything served was cold, tasteless, and clearly not fresh. I wouldn't even call it edible. To top it all off, we were excited about the game zone, but it was a total joke. The equipment was either broken or outdated, and there was zero supervision or maintenance. It felt like a neglected storage room, not a place for fun. Customer service? What customer service? The staff seemed uninterested and rude. No one bothered to address our complaints or even pretend to care. This place is a nightmare. Save your money and sanity -- go somewhere else!"** Want me to make it even worse?

Not Worth the Hype - Very Disappointing This hotel was nothing like what was advertised. The food was below average, lacking freshness and flavor. Cleanliness was a major issue--dust was everywhere, making the stay uncomfortable. The rooms felt unkempt and poorly maintained. The clubhouse was in terrible shape, far from what was promised. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I had high expectations based on the photos, but this hotel was a complete letdown. The food was terrible--bland, cold, and nowhere near fresh. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority here, as dust was everywhere, from the rooms to the common areas. The so-called "clubhouse" was in pathetic condition, barely usable. The rooms were the worst part--covered in dust, making it an uncomfortable stay. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend!

The place itself is pleasant, offering a calm and relaxing ambiance. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to several major issues. food was below average and lacked proper taste and presentation. It definitely needs improvement. The staff's attitude was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality skills. This was a significant letdown. Important Note-DJ operator was highly inexperienced and lacked the skills to keep the mood lively. His music selection was poor, and he seemed unprepared and disengaged. The service was chaotic, with slow response times and minimal attention to guest needs.
