Hotel Raigad

We were travelling from MP to telangana with 6 months baby. Decided to spend 1 night in Rigadh hotel. Staff are best people . helped in all possible ways. We never thought we will find any hotel like this. Food was tasty , quick. I requested them to sterilize my baby utensils. They allowed me to do that. Kitchen was clean. Chef and lady was very helpfull. Now we have decided any time we will travel by road will stay here. Room was clean . Ac Gyser was working.( dont expect 5 star hotel facilities with this money) everything was good

Very good location attached to NH 44. Rooms was dusty,before booking room we told him several time we need room clean and dust free

Good budget hotel on the way to Nagpur. All the amenities were functional like geyser, TV, internal telephone. Room service available from restaurant downstairs. Owners and staff were polite and courteous. There is plenty of parking space with a guard. Linen were washed and clean.

The quality of food declined as their main chef went elsewhere. But overall it is good place to stay, service is good and fast food is also good but not up to the mark

Pet friendly hotels located on highway. Spacious room at first floor. They have restaurant so meals can be added in stay. Overall it was good option to stay. They allow pets (Mine is shih tzu) too but make sure to keep your surrounding clean.

We were travelling from MP to Telangana & the city Hinganghat was kind of midpoint of my journey so we decided to a night halt here. We were well aware that a small city like this will not have good hotels & we were ok with it as long as room was clean. Issues before you book it: 1. Owner is converting the property into a banquet hall. The cutting work went on till 12:00 AM midnight & they stopped it after several calls. When I was checking in, I asked if this drilling would stop. The owner (a lady said, yes, in 15-20 mins. It was 7 PM then & I guessed that labors will mostly go at that time. I was wrong 2. Room ok for night halt but beddings were not clean. Though they changed it. Blankets were without cover (in covid times) so I asked for extra sheets 3. Power went off many times and I had to call several times before generator was turned on and it took them 15 mins each time power went off 4. No receptionist was available. I had to call several times 5. Owner took the money in advance and left. No one was available to help or service 6. Drilling work was KILLING. It was loud drilling & went on insanely till 12 AM... (How'd they get such labors, I wonder! ) It is not an under-construction property. Guess, they are renovating. Ideally, they shouldn't take bookings if they are in rush to complete the renovation & plan to drill 24*7 Overall, bad stay.. Won't recommend.

They don't serve half of dishes that is written in the menu. We ordered paneer kolhapuri and waiter brought veg kolhapuri instead.Taste is fine but everything we ordered was spicy. Nd look at the services cat is licking the plates.
