Cherryleen Resort Nagaon

Our recent stay at Cherryleen Resort was amazing. The place is really worth going and peaceful view along with great maintenance. The rooms are quite maintained and in proper condition. The property gets its beauty because of the trees, plants and flowers. There is restaurant which have decent taste of food and service but I would definitely like to highlight the point that in our case we were asked to move from our table in middle of lunch just to accommodate some other group of people which was really pathetic and then the service become unnoticeable.

The food was delicious, and the restaurant had a lovely ambience that added to the experience. Rooms were clean and cozy, and the pool was well-maintained and hygienic. A very quiet luxuries and serene place. It's colourful and filled with lots of flowers around making the place more natural. The pool is clean and not so deep. The staff is very hospitable and generous. It's a great value for money. Good place for couples and families who want a quiet and peaceful stay. Great job by the owners. Will love to come back again here .

Visited from May 9th to 12th, 2025. This is a small property with around 8 rooms and limited parking. While it's marketed as a resort, it feels more like a boutique hotel. Given the overall experience, I believe the pricing could be more in line with what's offered. Some observations from our stay: The rooms are spacious, which is a definite plus. However, the location is right on the road with no significant views, and it's about a 15-minute drive to Nagaon beach. The restaurant timings are limited (opens at 9 AM and closes between 3 PM and 6:30 PM), so there's no high tea or early breakfast service. Vegetarian breakfast options were minimal--mainly poha and misal. The AC in our room wasn't cooling properly. When reported, the response was that it had been recently serviced, and no further assistance was provided. There were a few power cuts during our stay, though a generator did kick in eventually. Wi-Fi was inconsistent and quite slow when it was working. The play area for kids is very basic--just one slide and no open space for playing. On the day of checkout, there was no staff available early in the morning, so we had to carry our own luggage down from the first floor. Overall, this place may suit travelers looking for large rooms and basic accommodation, but the pricing should better reflect the services offered. I would recommend it if the rates are around 4,000-4,500 per night. At higher prices, the value for money doesn't quite match

Rooms are good and well maintained. Though service is poor. No room service is available before 9:30am. Even they will not supply drinking water before 9:30am. No phone available in room. Its not a resort - there's not enough area to walk, common swimming pool is very small, almost of no use. They have two room on ground floor with private pools. No play area for kids. Not enough parking space.

Dont go over the pics, service is very very bad. They told directly that they are short staffed hence cant serve the guests and the guests are free to leave the resort. no tea service, restaurant food is not that good, only 3 parking spaces and swimming pool is a useless waste water pond.
