Hotel is Cleanest and at Prime Location. Rooms: Very Tidy and Clean, Excellently Maintained. Service: Prompt and Responsive. Staff are Polite and Helpful. Food: Excellently Well. Taste Bud Satisfied. I recommend this Hotel for each Visit. Thank You & Regards

Very disappointed in service and food quality.Staff biavbaiar very rude (attitude). Tasteless food with very high prices. Atlist serve fresh food to guests. Not recommended at all

Pathetic Service!!! 1.The TV was not working and after complaining they didn't do anything about it. 2.No hot water, just luke warm 3.No table in the bathroom which was much needed for elderly people. 4.Complimetary breakfast: Served only two dishes out of a limited menu. No buffet breakfast. 5.The staff is also not courteous. 6) The rooms are spacious and appealing but the Service is 0/5 7) Not staying again.

The Silver Swan is having very good hospitality, the room is clean and having quick service. The location of the hotel is superb, it is on the main road, with easy access to restaurant and shops. Most important we checked in on 26th December when it was just impossible for us to get the room, but the man in the reception helped us a lot and arranged and executive room for us. Thanks for the excellent service

Our family had a excellent stay. The food, service, housekeeping and all amenities were to the point. The staff is helpful and were kind enough to accommodate us comfortably. Will surely come again.

I recently stayed in silver swan, came for a vacation, overall I had a pleasant experience.the room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The staff was outstanding. They provided us best service. The food quality and quantity is good. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner here. It was tasty and delicious.

One of the best office party ever we had. We gathered here with 22 people and the party went so well giving us lot of memories. Mr.Shetty and his team member Nilesh guided us to select the perfect menu based on our requirement and preferences. The ambience, service, quality and taste of dishes served were truly remarkable and appreciable. We were so conscious about zero waste food and we were able to achieve it as they suggested us right quantity as per our needs. The over all taste of dishes were fantastic but i would like to list down few dishes which i would call it as signature dish of silver swan. (a) Sweet lime and Kokam juice (one of the best drink we ever had) 4.5/5 b) Cheese corn tikki 5/5 (yummy and cheesy) c) Paneer Pahadi 4.2/5 (Excellent aroma) d) Lasuni Palak panner 4.8/5 (texture and juicy) e) Hot Gulabjamun 5/5 (Delicious delight) I thank the Silver swan team for making our party a memorable one......

Great stay at The Silver Swan. Big rooms, amazing service.. Mr Gokul Nair was very cooperative and always has a smile on his face. Special mention to Sagar Lohar for all the support. Breakfast was lip smacking. Car parking is only a slight downside but the location is right in the city and some attractions are at a closer distance.
