We had stayed here for a night. The room was clean and comfortable. It had attached washroom which was convenient. The kitchen was also available to satisfy our night cravings. The people were really helpful and kind to us. Completely safe,would definitely recommend!

I had the best experience at Swanand Home Stay. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful owner and caretaker ever. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The experience at Swanand Home stay was nice, Prasad is a great host and easy availability to local market and shops. The rooms can be decorated a bit but apart from that everything was clean and maintained

We stayed there for 1 night and the experience was so good. Rooms and washrooms are clean and care taking staff is also very co operative. Even the owner was very helping and guided us through out our trip to Ratnagiri. He also gave us a list of locations to see and numbers of auto drivers. And catering service is also nearby so we can get our breakfast and lunch in time. I loved this place. So I would suggest you all to please check it because costing is also affordable for this place.

I had a great one-day stay at Swanand Homestay in Ratnagiri. The place was clean, peaceful, and well-managed by Prasad Sir. The caretaker was also polite and helpful. Highly recommended
