SHANTI THE GRAND PALACE

I recently booked 3 rooms and stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I've had. The room was in terrible condition from the moment I walked in. It was clear it hadn't been properly cleaned; there was dust everywhere, and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. To make matters worse, there were no clean towels provided. The bathroom was also not good. The entire room felt dirty. We checked the room image on platform but while we reached the hotel it was not at all what we seen. Hotel is located in narrow market so there is no parking facility also. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay and who want peaceful sleep while on trip or tour. They really need to improve their housekeeping and overall maintenance.

One of the worst experience I had with this hotel. No cleaning at all. Dirty washroom. No room service. No soap..No mosquito kit provided after multiple remainders. No hot water provided... Careless attitude of all workers.. I will never book this type hotel anymore.. I am giving 2 star only for location..

One Advice please make sure all amenities are working fine. Rest all was amazing worth to stay with family at 0 risk as well as fantastic Service with All ready to serve position only lot of disturbance outside hotel as dogs are continuously barking

Rooms need to be more clean as spider net and small insects there in room and bathroom need to on hot water in tap|But staff was very cooperative |Smell is there in room need more cleaning |Food isn not available there|Hotel is located in the market of ratnagiri we can go easily to tourist spots

I booked room recently here it was terrible experience. Not cleaned room lots of mosquito welcoming you die to this we can't sleep here properly. It was my wrong choice to select this hotel. My honest review don't book this hotel ever please.

Worst service by hotel staff.. And overall bad experience... No cleanliness.rooms were full of mosquitoes making sure u couldn't sleep well. No hot water no proper lights.overall terrible experience

It's was a great experience staying in grand palace the hotel is located in market area of Ratnagiri most of the thing are on walking distance hotel don't have up spot parking other than that all experience was great and staff and room are great
