Sawant Palace Hotel

The staff is poorly trained. For breakfast buffet, we were served stale, leftover pieces of bread and were informed that there was no bread available--this was all they had. This has been a very disappointing experience. I have been staying in the Royal Suite for three days, yet this is the level of service I have encountered. I have uploaded photos in the photo section for reference The senior manager did not acknowledge the staff's mistake or offer any apology. Instead, he was rude and asked us to vacate the room immediately. This was surprising because, at check-in, the lady at the reception had agreed to a late checkout. However, after the breakfast incident, their attitude completely changed. Arrogance was evident. The staff still doesn't seem to understand that the mistake was entirely theirs, any restaurant cannot serve leftovers to guests! I don't recommend this property to anyone.

Very beautiful hotel. A majestic look when you enter. Staff from reception to housekeeping are all well trained and polite. All served with a smile. Already recommended this hotel to my friends and family. Though travelled for business but I enjoyed the stay. Better than other hotels I stay in Ratnagiri.

A nice hotel if you book the premium category rooms like Super Deluxe. The rest of the rooms look shabby, however the stunning exteriors and reception give it a palatial look. The room was spacious and comfortable. Although it is just a year old, it looks good when you enter, but look closely and you will see the compromised quality and cheap labour/materials used. Balconies are full of dust. Breakfast was absolutely terrible. Nice for just an overnight stay.

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff were impressive with their duties. Highly recommended. They need to work on the food taste and quality.

It's very nice experience. Good hotel. And nice staff. Lounge is so beautiful room are good. Building of hotel like a havely of maharaja. . Nice staff. Food also very delicious. . Very warm welcome and excellent hospitality my Mr Salahuddin Shaikh (FO Manager). Everything is Grand about the Hotel. The Housekeeping is Great, Free Wifi, The food is delicious, In short a perfect getaway. Would plan to visit soon. The staff is truly courteous,

Exceptional cleanliness, a comfortable and well-appointed room, a great location, delicious food options, and a seamless overall experience. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone and would definitely stay there again! Special mention to the FO Shaikh Salahuddin for making our experience even more desirable.
