Sangam Regency

I and family had a pleasant stay at Hotel Sangam Regency, Ratnagiri. The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with semi- modern amenities, making it a comfortable choice for travelers. The location is convenient, especially for those arriving by train, and provides easy access to local attractions. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff's hospitality--they are polite, approachable, and always ready to assist. A special mention to Mr. Ranjith, who went the extra mile to ensure a smooth experience. The in-house restaurant serves good food, and the breakfast is decent. However, there is room for improvement in a few areas. A greater variety in the breakfast spread, catering to both veg and non-veg preferences, would enhance the experience. Additionally, providing complimentary water bottles throughout the stay instead of charging for extra supply would be a great customer-friendly touch. Overall, a well-maintained hotel with excellent service. With a few small enhancements, it could be an even more exceptional stay!

Ok kind of place. I stayed overnight. Morning breakfast was ok kind of. Staff is a bit casual and irresponsible. Near the entrance of my room on first floor some dirty nonveg plates and empty liquor bottles were kept at night which were not removed till 10 am until I scholded the staff because it was badly smelling and was irritating.

The stay is near the Ratnagiri railway station. But the reception staff ( Guy ) wasn't much help full at the time of check in and will not listen to your concerns and ready to cancel your booking without refund instantly. Please read their terms & Conditions carefully before booking. The restaurant is overall very good if you are tired and do not want to go outside you may have very good food in the restaurant present on the ground floor of the hotel.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially during check-in. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was great, within walking distance to many attractions

My review is specially for the restaurant and food...we ordered chicken lollipop, chaas and fruit salad...and everything was amazing...it was fresh , tasty and the portion was really good...this location is close to the Ratnagiri railway station..and I absolutely recommend this place for all to try..

Its near to ratnagiri railway station. Food is Amazing here. Tasty must try biryani chiken crispy ans manchow soup. Buffet system is also there breakfast is also super.Rooms are specious and also nit and clean also provides shampoo ,comb, coffee/tea machine .price is reasonable. Totally worth it

The rooms are spacious and well litted. Clean and hygienic rooms. Hotel had very good interior Room service and hospitality was good. Breakfast was complimentary with nice options.
