I was blown away by the quality of service provided at such reasonable rates. Mr. Suhas at the reception went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location is prime, 5 minutes walk from the station. Would not think twice before staying here again!

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Vardan Residency. The location is perfect, conveniently near the railway station , which made commuting very easy. Everything was spot on during my stay, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the overall atmosphere. The food was delicious and flavorful , a definite highlight! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating , ensuring all my needs were taken care of. I had a truly enjoyable experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ratnagiri.

I have stay for business work. The ambiance was very nice. Room was clean, smell fresh including bathroom. Hot water was available with smooth operating. Did not took any other service but staff was around to help. Location was perfect, 5 mins walk from railway station but also away from station kiosk. Road touch. Restaurant and local khanawal available just outside the hotel .

Vardan Residency is at stone throw distance from the Ratnagiri railway station. This property was started about a year and half ago. Despite being budget-friendly, this hotel offers excellent facilities that make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Firstly, the rooms were clean, cozy and well-maintained. The amenities provided in the room were sufficient for my needs, including a clean bathroom and complimentary toiletries.The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests even at late night hours. Overall, I highly recommend Vardan Residency to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay with good facilities.
