Hotel Sitara Inn

I had a 3-day stay at this hotel for a family getaway and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a lovely view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Mr.Mustafa was attending us since the time of booking and he hosted us really well The hotel's location is a major plus--conveniently situated near the railway station, beaches, and market area, which made it easy to access local restaurants and shops. I especially appreciated the in-room bed tea and breakfast service. The breakfast was tasty, and the flexible timings meant we didn't have to rush in the morning, which was a relief. Overall, it was a great value for money and a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again!

I wanted to rate this place but I'm giving it a 3 star as I was promised internet, basic stuff #internet and was told technical issues. I asked at the check in and was promised all good, internet works well. As with many hotels, it's rare that everything works. If you don't want foreigners and locals to think india is living in the dark ages then please address this issue

Excellent place to stay in Ratnagiri. The rooms were neat and clean and the prices were reasonable. Service was good as well. Complimentary Breakfast provided was good in taste. The Rickshaw stand is just below the hotel and you can easily travel anywhere nearby Ratnagiri of your choice at a reasonable price as they are available 24x7.

Very bad and overpriced hotel. the rooms are very basic and the bathrooms are too dirty and tight. the food was the worst. AC was just making noise instead of cooling. TV was not functional. and the staff was rude AF. Rooms and facilities do not justify the price.

I had a great experience with the service they provide. The staff is super cooperative and understanding. Rooms are clean and tidy . Food is good too. You don't need to have any second thoughts if you choose this place. Very satisfied with the service.

Hotel Sitara Inn was an absolute amazing experience in terms of stay, comfort, hygiene and food. After an exhausting journey from Mumbai to Ratnagiri the owner respected professionalism and considered our booking on call even though he had customers at the reception who were waiting as he considered my call booking and alloted bookings on first come first serve basis. Apart from that they also allowed my pet Shih Tzu dog who was mostly rejected at many hotels and resorts in Ratnagiri. Rooms were clean and beautiful along with the service on time even though all the hotel rooms were occupied. To my surprise, we were also told that the deal we got included breakfast as well which was delightful. I would highly recommend hotel Sitara inn for tourists searching clean and hygienic rooms in budget along with professionalism.

We had an incredible experience at Hotel Sitara Inn. After a long and exhausting drive from Mumbai to Ratnagiri, we reached the hotel late at night. We had called ahead to confirm our booking, but upon arrival, we learned they had other requests for accommodation as well. Naturally, I was worried and almost frustrated, thinking we might be denied a room. To my surprise, the staff informed us that since we had called first, they prioritized our booking. This level of professionalism and customer care is truly rare to find in India, especially in smaller towns like Ratnagiri. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, from check-in to checkout. The staff was attentive, and the deal we got, including breakfast, was astonishingly good for the price. They allowed our small shit zhu pet as well which most of the other hotels denied! I highly recommend Hotel Sitara Inn to anyone visiting Ratnagiri. Their dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction sets them apart. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and hassle-free!

Wonderful Hotel for stay. Nothing luxurious but not a single issue. Basic hotel at its best. Has all things that you need for a stay. Located at city centre. Auto stand just outside hotel makes it very convenient for travel to any place in Ratnagiri. Lots of veg and non veg hotels nearby to have food.
