Hotel Shalom Stay

Comfortable Stay at Hotel Shalom Stay with Room for Improvement I recently stayed at Hotel Shalom Stay with my family, booking two AC Standard Deluxe rooms. The hotel is conveniently located on the third floor of a building right on the highway, making it easily accessible. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with neat bedsheets and high-quality toiletries. The bathrooms were spotless, and the functional TV with all channels, along with the efficient AC, added to the comfort of our stay. The hotel also offers room service, which is a nice convenience. Another perk of staying here is the proximity to two restaurants just downstairs. We tried the food from Hotel Sagoti on the ground floor, and the taste was excellent, enhancing our overall experience. However, there were two issues that need attention. The presence of mosquitoes at night was a nuisance, and although the hotel provided mosquito repellent machines, they were not effective. Additionally, a tiny cockroach made an unexpected appearance, which highlighted the need for better pest control measures. Despite these minor setbacks, our stay was peaceful, and the hotel provides good value for its location and amenities. Addressing the pest control issues would make it an even better place to stay.

My father would always stay at this hotel whenever he visited Ratnagiri. Looks can be deceiving. It may not appear much to the eyes, but their service is great! Their rates per night are very much acceptable and lower compared to other hotels. There's free high speed WiFi, their rooms are more than big enough for 2 people. But they can accommodate 3 guests per room also. It's a silent hotel where you won't be disturbed by the hotel staff or even the other guests. Also, there are many amenities surrounding this hotel. You've got a burger joint called Al Baik around the corner, friends restaurant in front of the hotel, khao galli in front of the hotel and Wellness Forever Pharmacy right beside the hotel. Anything you need is in very close proximity to this hotel. As a matter of fact, within the city, the hotel is centrally located. So you can take a Rickshaw and head out in any direction you need. It's very easy to get a Rickshaw here. For all of this, I'd simply rate this hotel 5 stars!

The rooms were cozy and clean. The reception guys were very helpful and friendly. Good for a budget stay in Ratnagiri. Just a improvement point would be pest control needs to be done in the bathroom that part can be improved on

You need to climb a few stairs and there is an elevator. It's a small one. The hotel is on the third floor. There are 7 rooms in total. The room was clean and neat. The washroom was also clean. There is an electric geyser. But the water was not that hot. They provide a small soap, some tissue papers , glasses,one water bottle/ night and bath towels. You can select breakfast for an additional cost. Room service is available. On the ground floor there is a restaurant named "Sagoti".

It was a good stay. The rooms are kept well clean and tidy. If you need anything there is only one guys to go, Sachin. He is well spoken. The staff is good. The breakfast pooha is also good. Things to improve: 1. Washroom handspray flow force. 2. WiFi. Please put some repeaters so people can use it. The signal is not strong enough now.

Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts.Friendly and personal service. The staff very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them.

Small rooms worth the price. Cleanliness maintained well. Has a strong wifi connection plus has good mobile network in case people working from home wants to stop. Staff is helpful.

Had a nice experience at Hotel Shalom Stay. Decent, clean rooms with all modern amenities. Helpful staff. Location is in main city. Got a complementary breakfast and had multiple options. I tried idali sambar and taste was good. Reasonable price. It could be good option if you are planning to have stay at Ratnagiri.
