No water bottles in the room you have to ask for it No hot water after morning tike you have to demand for it and they will provide you bucket Only one blanket available in the room which covers one person Very bad experience

Worst hotel to stay at Ratnagiri. Pathetic services by Manager and staff. One day stay for room is Rs 1600/- excluding gst. The lift is not working, the landline phone also is not working. Many power plugs are not working. The room is smelly. Under the name of a complementary breakfast, the worst food is served, with too long waiting. Hotel people don't bother to waste the time of customers. Once you check in, you are trapped. Several other accommodation options are available at Ratnagiri, don't come to Safari Asia.

Good service at bar and quite place. Can enjoy drinks in quite atmosphere. Also good food and nice quantity.
