You get what you paid for. It is a decent budget lodge right in the heart of Ratnagiri next to Central Bus Stand. Rooms are clean & spacious with all basic amenities required. Reception & room service staff is friendly. Several restaurants in the vicinity of this hotel to satisfy your hunger. It is a good choice to spend a night here if you are a solo traveler with budget constraints.

Not clean, foods are tasteless, Tea and coffee also not ok. And not supportive. I was checking at 7.30. they take extra cash for advance And when check out next day at 8.25. the extra charge 200 was not return saying time over. And the guy was bleming and argue say * women's are not understanding. You r doing faltu argue. U not understand my language. Such pathetic experience. Never visit again.

The owner Mr. Salim Mukadam is a very humble man and has a great logistic in the city so far. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is very attentive. The plus point of the hotel is the location. Thank you all for the wonderful stay.

Very fine,attedendents used to come immediately,, but the beds kept in the coridor should be removed , the outside of the windows should be kept cleen regularly,wash basins should be cleaned, or replaced.rooms were airy. Next time when i come over there i will come over there.I have not tasted food since it was veg and non veg since i had come ovef there for pilgrims, but i think that it must be good taking in to considration of ambiance of dining room.next time i am going to taste the same.further i will recomend to my friendaps and relatives also to stay over there.

This place is easily noticeable from the moving Road. Room service is good here but the rooms available are non hygienic. Room. Prices are normal, not too cheap, not too high. It has restaurant at the basement only but you can eat at the restaurants available outside this hotel is restaurant is not that good.

The location of the hotel is very much convenient from the point of view of availability of conveyance or transport facility, market shops and the distance of some attractive spots of visits in ratnagiri which are at walk able distance from the hotel , few to name them- tilak smarak, beach, aquarium, market, thimba palace, etc. Railway station is very far from the city its about 7 kms, but the auto stand and bus stand is just at the entrance of the hotel ,conveyance is easily available up to 10-10.30 pm .||The hospitality of hotel is good the staff is very humble and co-operative.Rental is very worth, very big and spacious rooms but not with luxurious amenities, the infra is very simple(somewhat giving a feeling of lodge in appearance) and not very posh and stylish.
